Microsoft does think about the customers, a lot, actually. They just aren't going to give stuff away for free because quite honestly, that will end up hurting your business.

Wasn't there a poll taken awhile back asking 360 owners whether or not they would like a internet browser on the 360? If I remember correctly, most of them didn't want it.

Back on topic...The author of this "article" is technically a blogger, in which case he is entitled to his own opinions. Obviously, he doesn't speak for every gamer in the world, considering how he repeatedly pointed out what he liked...
Sadly, I'm going to have to agree with this article. It goes into further detail about why I refuse to pick up any game that I feel is somewhat Japanese inspired. I respect the culture, and the style that comes from it, but Japanese games are JUST that. I feel like every game that I've played that is Japanese, they are all the same. Nothing is quite different. I guess the same can be said about Western games on some issues, but it's really bad with Japanese.
