there is another issue, if and or when third party support will come out. While some might consider that part of the first half, Nintendo can endlessly support the Wii U with quality first party titles, which IS enough for some people. Truth be told, I will probably play all multiplatform titles on my PS4, so I would be looking to exclusives over multiplatform titles. Either or, a lot of people are worried that there just won't always be options for the system....
No. Typically it means the idea was intended, but scrapped or enough data is on the characters that they can be made working. Kaizoku Musou had Akoiji, Buggy and some other people playable, yet they weren't ever released as DLC. Even some games like Disgaea let you play as Baal, just using certain things froze the game lol.
Yup. Uncharted isn't exactly linear, so they can constantly add adventures in the past or future with little to no problem. Even if Drake is an issue, they could always shift focus to Sully or maybe whomever trained Sully (assuming there is someone) to even another hunter that might have some sort of connection to the past or future story.
Yup. While I can understand disliking this stuff, editorials are for things like that. DRM might not be enjoyable or a selling point, but it shouldn't affect the score unless you lack internet, which automatically makes it a zero.
I've seen plenty of unreliable figures and vague claims, so I kept the remark modest over making it seem like the price drop made it impossible to avoid.

I am loving that Team Ninja is showing the Vita some real support,. Hopefully more companies will follow suit now that sales are slightly better in Japan.

Honestly... I am just sick of listing the same examples every time these articles go up, so I try to list different ones. Is it the best example? No, but there are plenty of games in a similar genre with sexualized female models.
Also Lara Croft is more towards sexualized than not.
I think the worst part is that most people that are against it, merely point it out. Most of the arguments, basis for facts and logic come from a small pool of information that is cherry picked for their needs. It's getting to the point where people no longer want to hear the issue and automatically assume they're wrong or worthless (like N4G does to Kotaku, which is totally reasonable).

I've yet to see ANYONE call out Ubisoft Montpellier, but I've seen plenty of people blame Ubisoft for it. Sadly it doesn't really matter, since not supporting this game is the only way to make it crystal clear people don't support this practice. It's a shame, since Rayman Legends looks fantastic, but Ubisoft needs to learn from what they did...

While true, that would require them to do a first campaign, which seems unlikely. Between the 4 releases of Rayman Origins, I don't recall much press around any of the games, nor do I recall seeing a TV spot or anything of the like. Looking at Rayman Legends, you can see the same thing or you can see them wasting a lot of money (depending on your view).

Glad to see Capcom is giving this game some real support! Hopefully we see more of this on the Wii U in the future or better yet on other consoles too.
Someone is overly paranoid... They can just embargo it till they see fit and that's really the start and end of it. Worse case they buy and review, but even then that would be days after release.

I've platinumed games in less than 3 days, so I don't see the problem. Not even like every game out there is that long, like rising had people beating it in 5 or less hours. I think someone could easily manage to pull that off in 3 days and write a review.

There are a number of reasons that it doesn't happen.
- Different target markets.
- Stricter demands.
- Leaks! Most times we see leaks long before the magazine is out for sale / in consumer hands. This also happens with Manga (really any JP magazine), since we will see leaks of next weeks chapter on Tuesday, usually the full thing on Wednesday and then the magazine finally hits stands on Monday.

This all could change at any moment, but there is definately reason to be concerned.
Because Sega isn't in the best financial shape and has been making some rather stupid moves as of late? A recent example would be delaying Anarchy Reigns 6 months without talking to PG and ultimately doing NOTHING with the time. It would be one thing if they added something, but the game was already translated / dubbed, no new features were added, the only marketing was over the new release date / preorder bonus and for whatever reason they needed 6 months to accomplish this. Happy to see this game is getting great scores. I've been a huge fan since the first PSP title, but no one around me even heard of it. Hopefully this will result in Capcom bringing 4 over too!
The game has a lock on system... it just isn't very good.
A) No one "doubted" you per se, just that not everyone goes in with a doom / gloom mentality.
B) Retailer Clearance is not the same as a price cut. I can currently buy a Vita 4gb memory card for $2 dollars at Sears, yet the MSRP is still $20 I think. When the actual MSRP changes, then you actually have a price cut.
