No, the best part is that you get a bonus item for trying the demo. Though keeping your progress is a close second.
A) My comment was both sarcastic and rhetorical, since that is exactly what Neptunia is about.
B) Where did I doubt that? The whole premise of The World God Only Knows is based off his experience with games. Also like a lot of things in Bleach, that idea also appeared in YuYu Hakusho, in the form of Tsukihito Amanuma. I can also list plenty of other examples (and a few Video Games that went on to become anime's), but it really doesn't matter.
Better question. I am an intelligent gamer, should I be offended Kotaku can still post here?
Possible, though the release dates don't make a lot of sense. Currently we have next to zero information on Bayonetta 2, Mario Kart Wii U, Super Smash Bros Wii U, yet Nintendo plans to not only release them this year, but pretty much blow every release on this quarter? It just doesn't make sense from any standpoint... especially with how the Wii U sales are. Sure it might be overkill for Xmas, but it will lead to another year of "this is all we have to play" / "no reaso...
And here I thought Neptunia did that...
No, what would be amazing is if fans didn't defend awful DLC. I never thought I would see anyone say it was okay for Gearbox to sell the level cap increase, simply because "it was free with season pass".
To further this, how is the acknowledgment sudden? We had Ness in Smash Bros from the start, with several items being included (Mr. Saturn) and even Lucas in the latest version.
Heck, hasen't Nintendo gone on record that the issue with it was licensing on more than one occasion? I mean it's great for fans, but this has been a long time coming and the only shock for me is that it worked out in the end.
I don't see why it's "forced" or even why anyone agrees with you.
One of the first and most well known elements of Pokemon has been "evolution". Over the years we've seen established Pokemon get higher forms, new paths and in some cases earlier forms than we've already seen. If anything is "forced", it would be that. So by the same logic, if they can actively rewrite the history for them without it being problematic, why is Mewtwo...
Not a lot of people got Killzone 2 or 3? In what universe do you live in... Between the original releases, bundle releases (both games were included with a controller...), collectors edition (3) and Killzone collection... I like to think that anyone that wanted Killzone, got Killzone. Also Heavy Rain / Beyond 2 Souls are in that special group of "those interested got it" and I can't say someone not interested in a visual novel like game will be sold on either by playing the othe...
Thats like complaining your PS3 only has X storage because you're too lazy to install the HDD.
Almost all of your "problems" have simple solutions.
Stand? Unhook something and or get a new one. I doubt everything you have there needs to be there 100% of the time and with how useful consoles are getting, I can't see it really being cluttered as you don't really need a DVD, Bluray, CD, MP3, Video Streamer.
HDMI ports? Get ...
Adding Spawn is like adding Freddy Krueger to MK9... IE he would break the theme and look out of place.
No.
Most likely to get free hype and "scam" people out of money. I don't know if you've actually played the game, but it's extremely difficult to progress without spending money or having the console version (though this last part only goes so far).
Fairly handy for those without an iOS device!
It's all up to preferences. Fighting games are traditionally long games that take a while to "master" and true "fans" will play 1,000's of matches over the games life. If you're into that sort of scene, then $60 dollars isn't that bad of a price.
Who exactly are you calling out or is this an in general thing?
I think you're seeing a combo of two of the worst things in the industry.
1) Stacking the reviewings in your favor.
While you will ideally always have someone that loves the game in question reviewing it, there are a lot of people that are uninformed / simply do it because they reviewed the last one. BioShock was so universally liked, that finding a fan to "do it right" wasn't as hard, so the review scores were obviously higher.

Not that I agree or really disagree, but isn't writing in an excuse to be lazy... the same thing as being lazy? I mean does copying elements from the previous game instantly become acceptable because they told / implied they were stealing said elements?
Yup. Hopefully we don't see a terrible 4th character this time around...
That doesn't matter. Bros before Hos was still "sexist", yet it was named by a woman.
