totally agree with article 100%. i use to be a huge multiplayer shooter fan but i quit because the need for skill went out the window. perks kill for you, and it comes down to who luckily saw the other guy first and pulled the trigger. before this gen, shooters required skill to win. jumping, quick ducking, good aim, knowing when to use certain weapons in certain situations. learning the maps. not just "oh i got this perk that kills you when i die, and if i get 3 kills then the hel...
free to play games just dont have the balance that sub. based ones do. Pay to win and pay to gain doesnt sound fun to me
lol. that would be kind of scary in the industry i believe. like a coming storm. or some sort of video game industry apocalypse
flame bait. all consoles go through phases and glitches before finally released. obviously. its part of making a console. dont complain until its released that way.
hahaha...cod elite lets us make 2 games worth of revenue while making you think you get a deal on maps that basically cost us nothing
sadly they probably want the casual to take over. easier and quicker for them to make games and bank more money.
Game developers lost their soul this gen.
i think they picked these at random. Dead Island is superior on PC and 360. Dark Souls we dont know yet.
If its on PC, thats the platform with best performance. I agree with COD on 360 however as most users will probably be playing on there. Although the playerbase might be a little more....annoying.
looks good. not great. ground textures still look like a wii game
i really dont care about handhelds at the moment.
when i'm out of the house, i never have a moment where i wish i had a 3ds or psp.
i believe the free to play model will die out in a year or so. it worked at first because few MMO's were free so it was awesome to play DnD online, or lord of the rings online as a free WoW alternative. now that there is a lot of free ones, the player base will again split and each mmo will see low numbers
i forgot most of you grew up on COD and dont remember when shooters required more reflexes. back before perks did all the killing
another shooter that requires no skill to win.
hopefully enough people play the gametype. i hate perk systems. ruined mp shooters for me.
says random angry forum guy
pretty cool. sub numbers will increase by a lot. its a pretty popular mmo.
the day wow comes to consoles...thats news
or you could put the dlc into the game. you know...not rip us off
i love it. i love the more personal battles that happen with 16 players. huge numbers is fun and all, but its the games with 24 or less where i feel people can master the maps and the finer details of the game.
the refund is due to them not mentioning it before purchase. buyers will be well aware of the situation when purchasing diablo 3. enough of the blizz hate
terminator, irobot, battlestar galactica. these have warned us against this lol
so you pretty much just agree with the masses. if humans did that all the time we'd still be in the dark ages
