totally agree. after the first month of glitches got patched out. it became a great shooter that didnt get the attention it deserved. its funny how reviewers give MMO's time to blossom and get rid of glitches and even say so in their reviews. but with SOCOM they gave no chance for redemption
well then reward Nintendo for doing the same thing with Wii U
all these sony fans that moaned for it over the last few years getting their hopes up every firmware update, are now the ones saying "it doesnt matter!" pathetic
at one point it becomes pointless. without all the "mobile" features. why get one.
hope it has classic deathmatch
just get rid of special abilities, or dumb them down considerably. get rid of armor lock for sure. bring back the high jumping and duel wielding. then it'll be awesome
someone started gaming in the COD era
Shenmue
Demon's Souls
Wind Waker
A Link to The Past
Halo 1
Morrowind
this is what skyrim shouldve looked like had it not been hampered by console development
i thought gaming was suppose to become more open as the years went on. it seems like they're adding more and more restrictions to games these days. man i miss the old days of gaming
talk to me when open world city games become truly open. every room and building able to be walked into. these games arent huge yet. theres too many road blocks. your confined to roads. games like fallout, wow, oblivion, the world is truly huge. games like GTA your walking on a grid system that looks like a city.
online never compares to the huge halo LAN parties, and the huge line to wait for your turn on 4 player Goldeneye.
i kind of miss when gaming was more a niche. dev's knew who they were making games for and the quality showed. trying to sell 3 million copies is kind of hurting the industry. or maybe i just dont have time to appreciate the subtle details of every game like i did as a teenager
yeah the difference being this one sucks and uncharted is awesome
people are making a huge deal out of nothing. they're still probably selling more or even than other companies. nintendo hate is really funny and pathetic
hey THQ. perhaps its a niche because you've yet to release one with the same quality and not to mention same genre as the game that started it all. i dont understand why no FPS red faction was released this gen. missed opportunity
that'd make him like Harrison Ford. playing both a sci-fi smuggler and an adventure seeking hero looking for artifacts
will the be first shooter in years to get me excited
keep degrading the integrity of the game. that'll please everyone
i'm just gonna head back to last gen where games were awesome and meaningful.
he's not excited because its not a 360 exclusive anymore.
i'm not excited because its not an rpg anymore
lol this shit lost sight of what it was. why does it even label itself call of duty. just make a new franchise
