You cannot judge a game purely by the screenshots. So obviously your 'opinion' is invalid. The reviewer compared both consoles side by side. And after thoroughly going over the graphics/sound/gameplay he has come to the conclusion that the 360 version is better.
Sure you can go off an buy extra peripherals for the ps3, that may make it equivalent to the obviously superior 360 version (even though the p3 costs more then the 360 to begin with) but that is defeating the point o...

unless those pc gamers realize that they only need to spend 350 dollars for a 360 instead of 1000+ dollars on a pc that plays the same game without needing to worry about installing/updating it. PC may be a viable option over console in another year or 2.. but as of right now its not worth it..

On release consoles are built to be better then the best pc rigs available. If anything consoles push the developement of the pc hardware. The 360 GPU was custom made by ati, a comparible ati card was not released on the pc until a year or so after the 360 release. Same goes with the cell of the ps3, only with the dual/quad core pc's that are releasing now can compute at relatively the same speed.
That is why currently console games are looking roughly just as good as pc gam...

Honestly, I think they saw the success of halo3 and are scared. Now they are just trying to build killzone into something that can compete, since it is a flagship title if it does not compare well against halo3 this generation would be over for the ps3. Same goes with GT against Forza. The quality of a game is more then just its graphics.
There is no way that they are only using 1 spe of the cell. Absolutely no chance of that. Considering the PS3 has an older GPU then the 360 and data moves to and from its cpu at the same speed as the 360's (3.2 ghz). If they only used one spe in the cell the game most likely wouldn't run at all. Keep in mind the pentium 3 is a multicore processor - it has 3 chips in it, most likely if they port a game over it will be using at the very least 3 spe's, as well as 1-2 more spe's just to take ...
yeah i thought it was a good title as well, detailed character movement animations, multiplayer character customization, beautiful effects, good detail. The story was a little cheezy, an sort of short, but all around definately a worthwhile purchase when it was originally released.
Sad that the ps3 owners cannot play a good copy of it. Would of been one of the best titles for the ps3 at this time, much more innovative then resistance, and more replayibility then uncharted/lai...
The only reason resistance sold 2 million units is because it was the only semi "decent" next gen game available for the ps3 at launch. If you give owners the choice between absolutely nothing vs a decent game they will generally choose the decent game.. as it is more then likely going to be more enjoyable compared to playing absolutely nothing. I personally would not consider motorstorm or resistance 2 to be aaa titles based off the first part of their series.. motorstorm had what 8 maps?! come on.. its like a demo. Resistance was boring, promising 60 players, 8 man coop? sounds like they are over reaching to me.. i can almost bet it'll be a flop.

I agree with you genuine.. not meaning to flame the ps3, but it is literally a year behind. If its big titles were not delayed they'd have nothing of interest to talk about this year. Look at how microsoft is dominating the show with their titles at GDC.. ps3 is just playing catchup, and still has nothing that competes with the current 360 exclusives let alone the ones coming down the pipe.. not to mention the bigger titles like GTA4 will have more content on the 360 version..
The only game i've seen codemasters do right was operation flashpoint on pc (the original - not the console version). Now that the team has broken off from codemasters (making armed assault - which they don't have much funding to do), codemasters has nothing going for it. I really wish they'd just close their doors already, all they do is hype up crappy games and waste peoples time with lame demos. Its a poorly managed developer spending more money on advertising then game developement.
