I see a lot of a lawsuits coming their way. Here in Europe the law is with the consumer's side, and delivering a product and being solely liable for the warranty period and then refusing any and all form of liability for the product you shipped is not going to pass...
For instance, if the switch catches fire and the warranty has expired, and you call them up and threaten them ... do you think they will sensibly, under any possible circumstance, risk being sued and make...
The gaming community's response on this case is a prime example of how childlike, immature and immoral most gamers are; how out of touch, unknowledgable and two-sided they can be and how entitled they can feel.
Activision Blizzard is a company facing an internal collapse, bleeding talent and facing legal trouble from it's employees. With a board of directors that can not assess the situation properly and fix the company's internal problems and their game quality...
It costs exactly 0 dollars if you get them from the fitgirl giveaway 😉
I'm very impressed with all those accomplished business men, in the comment section, giving great opinions on why two publicly traded private companies should not participate in trade when they both want to buy eachother and be bought.
I mean, imagine, having an ice-cream company, for instance, that is in the stock market ... and NOT selling it off to a high bidder because some kids really like the chocolate and fudge flavor you have and they are afraid you might close ...
I have a PS5, I just think that all you crying kids in here are funny 🤣 I have almost every console that has come out the last 20 years and several computational systems (Pcs, laptops, tablets, SOCs, microprocessors etc etc).
*I no longer have a switch though. That was a BAD experience, very purely made.
God forbid ... I startled the extremely intelligent Nintendo fan-base and they are throwing sale charts at me.
How could I possibly have a different personal opinion that is anything else but pure adoration for this abomination of a company ... I MEAN this company that is definitely not ATLEAST a generation behind in services and hardware and is definitely NOT selling 5 year old games at full price because their main audience is the relatives of 8 years old children, at the...
Do I look like a market consultant for Nintendos accounting department mate?! I'm talking about my experience as a gamer and the game, this is not a full price game, this is not god of war or cyberpunk mate, it is just a fun gimmick.
But you do kinda sound like you work for Nintendo 🤣
Fuecoco evolving into a Mexican immigrant is a game changer for me, this title is now a must-buy.
Call of Duty coming to Game Pass for E3 baby 🥳🥳. Are they gonna fake-anounce the sequel to World of Warcraft as an Xbox - PC exclusive aswell? ... oh boy, the comment section in here will be raging 🤣
You are picking up new words from the news about Twitter, I see...
^^I'm 12 years old and edgy
Xbox already has an energy saving setting for their 9th gen consoles. It is called xbox series s 🤣
Asking or insinuating if R* and take-two would give off their multi-billion dollar money printing machine for free via third-party subscription services should have guaranteed you a "Idiot game journalist of the month" award.
I want my 30 seconds back.
Nintendo locking Splatoon in a single platform, a title that is DEFINITELY NOT a system seller, has hurt the game badly.
I want to play Splatoon but even when I owned a switch, I wasn't willing to pay full price for THAT and it is not available for neither ps, xbox or pc ... so nintendo can suck it, there are more interesting games out-there.
I used to play tennis IRL and in videogames. My 2-cents is that a boring game that was simulating an extremely boring sport, was thrown under the rug, now that the devs can produce more complex and interesting games.
It's like the tetris-like games and games like space-invaders, that stopped being produced ... it is because they were good and simple to make in the early days of commercial videogame development but they are just not as interesting as, let's say, an o...
Everything that is cheap garners attention, yet what is the REAL price we pay when we acquire a service for free and what do we lose in the process ?!
I'm personally disgusted by the f2p model most games have. Atleast have it limited and f2p with a 50$ or 60$ price tag to purchase the full game instead of having these GOD-AWFUL microtransactions that hurt your brand in the long-run ... although I do think that the latest generation of gamers are brain dead npcs and don...
GT7 was EXTREMELY mediocre and a bad simulation overall. As both an engineer and someone who has driven well over 100 different cars and even done some racing, it wasn't good at portraying the feeling of a 1:1 simulation as it lacked the functional algorithms to calculate stresses on the frame, engine noise and vibrations, correctly calculate the forces between the elastic parts and the crystalaic structures (especially if you account for the joint points), it couldn't emulate tire w...
GT7 was a travesty, never mention it again, with games like God of war and Horizon ...
I have always wondered on why people don't complain about the two versions of pokemon and their EXTREMELY minor differences.
I mean God forbid, they actually implement these mechanics in a single game with a menu option 🤣
If Hollow Knight can have a 90 in metacritic, then any score is possible for any game ... 😪
