Sony has shown retail and PSN Move titles...and they work. Kinect has been played at Macy's and at a Japanese event...and failed. But for some reason, excuses follow MS's showing. If that were PlayStation Move, there would be so many doom and gloom stories on N4G, it'd be hilarious. So, Move has to get bundled in with fail articles because some people are too scared to call Kinect shit for fear of not getting schwag or on this site, losing bubbles. Move has certainly shown core titles. MS may market more, but they need to. With both Move and Kinect, I don't see either boosting console sales. Not that it can't happen, but I don't see too many people saying "I gotta get a PS3/360 for Move/Kinect!". The existing install bases are going to determine the holiday and longevity of both.
3D is going nowhere. Just like HDTV. It will only improve.
Per Ubisoft. I'm sure that increases as you use more of Kinect's functionality (skeletel, voice, 2 player, etc).

It's nice to see an old 360 using Kinect playing Sonic Free Riders. It's bad to see how far you have to stand in order to play. Have they announced any space requirement?

If the US get Sam and Max and ZEN Pinball, I'll be happy. Don't have either. Everything else is ok (minus OddWorld, AWESOME!), but those two jumped out at me.

They don't care what I have to do to get the $ to buy their games. I don't care what internal stuff devs have to face to sell me a poorly optimized title. Making excuses for them just says "It's ok!"
