How many of us look to the NPD as the definitive answer to "How many x consoles sold"? For Sony to say wait for the NPD, 2:1 isn't true, is almost too confident to be wrong. Here's to 12/13!
To say "Wait till the NPD numbers" makes me think they are VERY confident in their numbers. I mean, to put it out there while everyone's sales are under scrutiny, isn't the wisest move, even for Sony.
When every home has broadband access like electricity, water, phone, etc. then digital distribution will be viable. Otherwise you're living in an XBL Marketplace bubble. Also, some people like owning physical media. Check back in 10-15yrs.

That's a whole bunch of words that won't change the fact it has framerate issues and bad load times. Tell yourself whatever you need to. I get it. You like the game. But don't deny flaws for the sake of liking the game. And don't make so many damned excuses for it either. If the framerate was solid, there would be no "hiccups". And the elevators are atrocious. I guess you don't see any texture pop in either.

How many boring "conversations" or "news" snippets must you stand through, while waiting FOREVER in the elevators? As far as framerate, just look. It is EVERYWHERE. Same thing for texture pop in. But it is still a great game.
