PS3 install base will pass Xbox 360s in a year or so. Remember, Xbox 360 is nearly dead in Europe. Don't believe Vcharts monkey. He inflate European 360 weekly numbers by around 80 thousand units. Xbox 360 probably sells a max of 30 thousand unit a week in Europe. Thats why MS needed the price cut over there.

NPD accounts only for the number of units sold to consumers. NPD is the most trustworthy of the three.

Fifa 08 is wayyyy better than this game. I am not saying Fifa is perfect, but it kills this game in visuals and gampeplay.
This move is only to extend DVD life by a little bit. Ms is getting into it because they realized the mistake they made with the 360 dvd drive and are betting that this will allow them stay alive until the next xbox, which will probably have a built in Blue Ray.
100+ hours of GTA is more than enough for me.
Why ppl keep saying that MS paid 50 million to get this extra stuff. Does anyone know for sure how much Ms paid? I don't think so. I mean if you think about it, the total net profit for R* from this game will probably not reach the 50 million dollars figure on both consoles.
I personally think all games with 5-6 hours SP gameplay should be hammered in all reviews. I don't care how awesome multiplayer is or how awesome graphics are. Most ppl don't play online, and everyone wants more play hours for their 60 dollars.
If I were to rate this game i'd give it a 6.5 as well.. I'd give COD4 an 8 or 8.2... Gears of war 8.2..
SP campaigns for all games should be at least 15 hours gameplay for the average player.

What the heck is up wit this devs that screw single player just to give us a "good" multi player". What the heck man, most ppl don't even play online, why ruin it for most ppl. Actually the results are pretty logical. Of course ppl spend more time in bed doing other things rather than sex. Bed is a place to relax. Ppl don't use beds just to sleep and have sex anymore. This is not the 14th century.

This is not the first disc that claims to have superior storage capacities. Many companies claimed way bigger sizes than Blue ray, however, their discs are not practical and difficult/very expensive to manufacture, that makes them really useless. Also, this Disc has 200 layers!!! You know Blue ray is up to 8 layers so blue ray could go up to 200 GB in space, but its not the time for those 8 GB to be used. A dual layer Blue ray should be more than enough especially with new Blue ray compressin...
This is dump. It proves that those hackers are confused and don't know what to do. I mean you gotta find a working hack first and then tell ppl that it only works on this certain firmware and then say a way of which u can downgrade.
