The year has just started and I already feel like I'm willing it to near its end just so I can get hold of this and The Last Guardian (and probably others that haven't sprung to mind yet).
The prospect of playing the third Uncharted game is uhhhhh, I can't even formulate it into words. It'll be a trip.
I had been eagerly awaiting it as I thought Spector's dark spin on the Disney brand would form something truly captivating. Maybe the game just has a slow start or something, but by the time I got to the Gremlin village (which was about 2 hours for me I guess) I just gave up. Wrestling with the un-cooperative camera is one thing, but the whole narrative just didn't compel. That is as far removed from a must-have collection as it can possibly get. It's abysmal and for someone who would've leapt at the chance to buy a Dreamcast Collection featuring many of its greatest hits, this is just a slap in the face.

but Sony are largely responsible for many of my favourite games and two of my favourite consoles (PS1 and PS3, Dreamcast out-did the PS2 imho) and backing some awesome developers who have released risky titles that no one else would've touched (I'm speaking of Quantic Dream, thatgamecompany and Team ICO for instance). I'm thankful to them for that and I'll always root for them over the hackers who have done nothing for me. Nada. Zip.

most of the stuff SEGA cut out was necessary. Apart from the 20 or so side-missions they made disappear; that was totally uncalled for. But stuff like Shogi, Mahjong and the hostess clubs? I didn't miss it.
This list needs more Rolf Saxon; the guy who voiced George Stobbart in all the Broken Sword games. Nobody else could play that role, he IS the guy.
