The hairworks have been optimized a lot in the recent updates. I have tested hairworks on an AMD 7770 with everything turned to Ultra and Hairworks settings cranked up to the highest settings on 1280x1024 and got a locked 30 FPS with a higher i5. I don't see a reason why the medium ranged cards won't be able to run it with 45 fps and above. So yeah RX 480 will be able to handle it even on 60 fps I think on 1080 as well as 1440p

Yes I have not played them, but I'm just judging by the cover, like many of the gamers who are making up stuff, I'm pointing real facts here. Uncharted may have done better than QB, but honestly it was a tad bit overrated, because Quantum Break was criticized for it's bad and repetitive gameplay and surprisingly Uncharted was not. While I agree with your points, you forgot one major reason. Many AAA games only look for immediate returns and hence make games that will be appreciated by people of only that generation. But PC games are almost evergreen, you can still see that by PC games having the largest player bases and covering the Top 5 and that are almost 10-15 years old with ease. Well,the console and PC joining thing is good and all, but do you really think that Valve will bring Steam to Scorpio? I very highly doubt so, which results in no indies being on Scorpio or very few.
Take a look differently, Platinum Games is making this and they are also making Scalebound. Personally Scalebound looks much more exciting. But yeah I'm a fan of anime and Nier sort of fits into the category, so I won't be overlooking that.

OMG, the more I hear about this game, the more aversion I'm having to it. Now this is a whole new level of single player grind. Gain followers or you won't be able to progress in the sucky story. You know which game tried to do something similar, yes it was Just Cause 2 with all the chaos thing and the plot there failed miserably. But that game was fun with all the destruction.
