Played the demo of this recently, really quite intrigued to get the full game going, loved the older games in the Tales of series.
Really intrigued with the content they have added, but yeah, as mentioned would be much more interested if this content were added into a good game.
Yeah, the old system had some flaws, but completely random? I'm not even the least bit interested to log on for that. That's going to be my protest, and I urge all you who don't like it to do the same. If you protest by idling like others, how will Valve notice? If they see a mass decrease of people logging on, then they're bound to sit up and take notice.
That game looks pretty damn awesome, but, if it's hard I will probably suck at it, gotta be worth a try though.
Pretty sure mine broke, was kind of cool, but the Time Crisis gun was much funkier.
Setting boundaries to be a gamer will just end up as "I'm older than you" essentially, and will just act as an excuse when getting beaten senseless on-line"god dammit, lost again, he's not even a real gamer!"
In terms of what it should take to be a "Gamer". Have you ever waited outside a store at midnight, for a game, that you could very easily have just gotten a good night's sleep and picked up the next day? Have you called in sick, because a new ti...
On the PC, especially among the modding communities, you can find a whole heap of indie games that are cheap/free and easily fit into the timescale.
I think in terms of high production values + short game times, they need to recoup their investment, and pricing would probably be more than people would want to pay for such a short game to meet.
But it has robots, how can it be bad at all?
Yeah, but that just enforces the need for grinding, making it slightly less fun.
Got bored of Final Fantasy quite a while back, would be nice if they tried to add something new and innovative instead of flogging the dead donkey of an IP.
yes yes and more yes
Wait, what was the game again?
Never played any of the Persona series, but from the article and people's comments, really thinking I should get around to it.
I absolutely love the style of this game, and will be picking it up as soon as that next paycheck comes in.
Looks pretty dang entertaining. Wouldn't mind giving it a try, not sure if it is a game I would pay for though.
I hope they play some music from that Guitar Hero game, had some good songs on there.
By the sound of it, they tried the console market with Xbox, and Microsoft weren't keen.
The PC market is more abundant with titles like this, as there avenues for selling the game are much greater, to sell a game on WiiWare or something, there are much more limited channels of entry.
Pretty interesting, always nice to hear from the developers themselves, and Ouch on that piracy level.
Street Fighter IV was one of my favourite games in a long while, can't wait for more beat em ups!
Can't wait for this game, will be getting it day it comes out and hopping online straight away.
Same with any job really, almost anyone can do it, but you have to be willing to put the time and effort into honing your craft, and then once you have the skills, double that time and double that effort into being able to produce the quality of work that people expect in a AAA game.
