I have faith it'll be a good product, though I believe it'll take some time for people to adjust to it. It's radically different, but logically it makes great sense. Sticks are not as precise as I'd like.
Same here, I'm about halfway through on PC and am loving it. No issues.
PS4 does it all when I'm not playing anyways, so... no.
Wolfenstein is really good. So at least it has that going for it.
Pretty much everyone who actually played it did.
I agree, the first was masterful and this one is, while enjoyable, a bit messy. Having portions of the stage off screen, having enemies I can't even see kill me isn't at all conducive to the old puzzle combat style we've grown to love. And having the new character types is fun, but limiting when they prevent you from doing what you want to do. The ability to switch weapons or even just reload would have helped a lot, but are absent. While I still really like HM2, the first gam...
Yeah, you probably want to pass on this one
I think the hassle is kind of the point though. It's probably part of the world design. In Dark Souls 2, if you wanted to summon a particular friend, you could both equip a ring and claim a particular house so you'd show up for people with the same equipped. Which was actually kind of a cool way to do it. This game isn't about being simple, it's about being complex and interesting.
Rocksmith is where it's at
@tma7302 Actually, PlayStation pretty much leaves devs alone to make the product they want to make. Almost every developer has praised them for this. R@D made the game they wanted to make, maybe it's not the game you wanted them to make, but you can get what you want elsewhere, while people who understand R@Ds vision and appreciate that kind of game will be glad to get something different than just another other "Gears clone". PlayStation has always been about producing varie...
Hahaha! Oh, you're a funny one! Well I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I'm looking at your comment history here, and it's consecutively just page after page of trolling articles with stupid little quippy one liners about how long The Order is. Which is all just hyperbole bullshit in the first place, considering the game has been confirmed multiple times to take the average person 9-14 hours to complete. You've spent more than 9-14 hours talking out your ass abou...
I could likely join you guys, and my singular best friend I play BF4 with will likely get a copy as well. If you're on PS4 that is.
He also needs to be able to write in the first place, which he can't with any sort of proficiency. Turn off the games and go to f***ing school, kid.
And yet Skyrim mods are just page after page of naked girl character models...
The reasons you show anything to the press is to get stories out about what you're showing. His visit was likely to show gratitude to such a great and talented fan, and came along with a non-disclosure document he had to sign. I don't see what's so unbelievable about it. It's actually really plausible.
I didn't say I felt disappointed by the franchise, it does what it sets out to do quite well. I said Cortana is the only interesting character. Aside from the woman she was modeled after, she's sort of the ONLY character. So if what others are saying is true and she may return, I'll be pleased. Otherwise, just running around aimlessly as the Chief shooting things, I feel like I'd become quite disappointed and more importantly, bored.
She was really the only interesting character in the Halo franchise. And then they went and did what they did at the end of 4, so there's really no reason for me to care about the franchise at all any more. Masterchief is drier than a week old Thanksgiving turkey...
I agree and disagree with you. That is often the case, but Far Cry 3 was really amazing. Far Cry 4 looks to be equally amazing. The entire Assassins Creed franchise, and Watch_Dogs has certainly suffered from that kind of thing, but I wonder what team works on what. Far Cry kind of implements the same sort of wash and repeat premise, but it didn't get stale for me. And everything I've seen from The Division looks exceptionally good.
I also got it without knowing about it. But I don't get the negativity, I dislike rescuing games, yet I'm still loving DriveClub. Great game.
I'd probably play it if it came to PC, I'm sure I'd be able to find it for a cheap enough price that would be justifiable. It's no reason to buy an XBOX though, in my opinion.
