i kind of thought the companions were a bunch of self absorbed douchebags. they never talked of doing good for the sake of it, just about coin and battle and the honor of ysgrammor (sp?). granted they did perform some good deeds, but most of their quests were about them. it would have been nice to see a group of genuinely stalwart protectors, like the knights of the nine. that was a great add on. anyway, just my 2 cents. good article though.
yeah, definitely need a new midnight club.
this list reads like an instruction manual. "use the gas pedal", "use the brake pedal", "aim..." thanks man, but we've got it covered. and honestly, i thought gta4 was the easiest of them. maybe because the setting was more realistic but it seemed like enemy encounters were pretty tame overall, especially with the cover system.
Yeah, I was a little over the top. But Bethesda knew there were issues with the ps3 version and lied about it. My trust in them has been completely annihilated at this point, so them jerking us around with Dawnguard just seems like more of the same a-hole behavior. If they would just come out and say "we have trouble developing for ps3" I would understand and respect that.
leaving EA, that would help.
what is progression? because i had just started the game, shouldn't i be really powerful already? or am i just making a STUPID ASSUMPTION?
Bethesda can seriously suck my @$$, they're treating ps3 players like unwanted orphans and for what reason? What can they possibly hope to gain by screwing loyal customers?
I think they want to show the spiritual cost of violence so there's no Nathan Drake style disconnect between you and your actions.
No, it really isn't.
Nah man, they're saying it's not a 'fight club' situation
Hella excited
Dismay not demise, good god man
Ba-zing!
I got one shotted by a normal wolf and quit, that was over a month ago.
Terrible review, next time don't try so hard.
I'd like to see some story DLC, maybe some more flashbacks?
I love how his twitter picture is him wearing an XBOX360 t-shirt.
I get that it's now cool to hate Apple, backlash is inevitable, but they do make quality products with intuitive UI's. I think they could produce a quality console easily, and price it extremely competitively due to their insane cash on hand. Could be what the industry needs.
I don't own a gaming pc and even I think it's BS the pc hasn't gotten this yet. Everyone knows Bethesda hates PS3 so no surprise there.
nothing wrong with sucking at games, i suck at some of them. but games HAVE gotten easier. i don't know if it has something to do with plot structure or production values but a lot of games seem reluctant to break immersion by killing you relentlessly (btw demon's and dark souls sidestepped this issue FLAWLESSLY by making your death part of the gameplay). who wants to play the same level 15 times in uncharted? it pulls you out of the narrative and that goes against the series'...
