definitely import max payne's aiming system. i thought the cover system was fine though, and as for weapon customization, i just don't think it's thematically in-tune or even necessary.
i'm actually pretty excited for this. got Ao2 day 1, the flaws were GLARING but i still enjoyed it for what it wanted to be. this looks to fix all my complaints as far as i can tell.
Is this a question or a statement. BOOM, see what I did there, with the slyly sarcastic punctuation? Yeeeeaaaaahhhh.....seriously though, everyone should own every console AND a PC because they're all good in some way.
With freakin laser beams on their freakin heads
THIS
Including the game in question? Because that would be a paradox. And I was being sarcastic.
Holy schnikes, doesn't anyone understand sarcasm anymore?
@Daver - I know, but that's still too close for a beta.
You lost me at "girl gamer" but got me back at "lesbeenz". Well played, lesbeen. *SARCASM*
But they sure improve the hell out of 4hr quick time events, right?
This close to launch, I doubt we'll see a demo.
hot damn
What if it's not a game but hardware? A set top "Valve box"?
F yeah, this ish is bananas.
"...a walking natural disaster of fire and acid." SOLD.
Never mind, apparently I DID mind the outposts and the constantly respawning guards DIDN'T give you any more people to kill. I stand corrected?
I actually liked the driving around, especially taking the boats down river. Not fast traveling or sitting through loading screens kept the game's vibe intact.
Say word
This article is pretty spot on. FC games have always felt a little different from other fps's. But I don't think you can coerce a player into feeling like they're in over their head because gamers actually have, in a sense, been training for this their whole lives.
this sounds pretty rad
