TBF, name a Ubisoft game that actually looks great, ever.
Maybe i'm in the minority, but i don't plan on buying a single cross-gen game for my PS5. If i'm honest, i don't think i will even consider a 3rd party game until maybe Cyberpunk or Battlefield 6.

Crysis has never looked so bad. This is a typical example of how some studio's simply haven't caught up with the times. I think its safe to put 343i and Crytek in the same basket now, the basket of mediocrity.

So are you saying that a PC developer can release a game with a minimum requirement of a PCieGen4 motherboard, and if the user doesn't have one, the game simply will not run?? If the answer if no (which is will be for the next 5+ years) then the developer simply cannot design a game around that specification.
This IO is great and all, but not every PC gamer will have the same Card and SSD config (high-end) so PC developers will still have to design their games around the lowest common denominator (Steam surveys point to very low average spec Pc's from their user-base overall)
The Xbox also has this problem as it wants to launch their content across multiple platforms (XboxOne and PC)

Graphics and gameplay are insane. I'm starting to actually feel bad for the competition already.
I wondering if Halo:Infinite could be the most expensive meme in history? This is just another reactionary move from MS, which is all they seem to do nowadays. If the gameplay trailer was met with less criticism, the game wouldn't of been delayed, talk about MS grade rose tinted glasses.
Ubisoft are not know for making aesthetically pleasing games, the 1st AC looks great for its time, but that's it, they haven't moved on (talent wise)
