Personally it needs to be as old-school as possible, maybe even 'Gungriffon' old-school. It needs to feel aesthetically like a 2000 game but made in 2022. The weapons need to very analogue, and please, please do away with fighting drones or AI mechs (like the opposite of the latest Ace Combat). Real humans in mechs please.

This is a great in-between project to get the team used to the tools and engine for PS5 specific games. Naughty Dog have been known to do this, TLOU PS4 remaster helped the team get ready for UC4 and transition from PS3 to PS4.

A beta for a feature that's been a staple since day1. As much as this is 343 fault, this was overseen by MS, which lets not forget have a very generous delay extension.
