"psp2 has failed already. it will cost too much. anybody who thinks it will match 3ds' price is a complete moron and out of touch with reality."

We dont know that yet, especially when devs like Codemasters state that it will match/compete with 3DS pricing. for all we know, sony would just take the lost and make this thing sell for $250 wifi/$300 wifi+3G. then what?

"psp2 could have all the games under the sun, but with the price being way t...

knowing sony, they could also bring this platform right onto steam (MAC+PC), especially since Valve and sony Had began to talk nice now.

But im sure, as of right now, i think google is happy that this thing is happening on Android?

I remembered Angry Birds Devs talked about how the android market sucked for games, maybe this will convince them otherwise.

i really dont get why EA doesnt use steamworks on PC games.

i still remember when the launch price for the PSP was $250 at the time compared the $150 DS.

That $100 difference didnt help at all.

report it to MM.

i dont think so.

just goes to show you people are scared what this device can do to the market.

you fail.

"Will the NGP hurt 3DS sales?"

it depends on the price.

Pricing was one of the reasons why the PSP couldnt beat the DS.

EDIT: yes, Software as well, i agree.

its was fun, for like the first 5 minutes, but then it just felt repetitive

"Sony could just update the PSP to scan the disk, seeing if it's a orginal copy of the game."

thats a gateway to piracy there then. i can just to go to a friend of mine and take his game and do that on my PSP, or some one else, and the copy will dupicate. the way i presented it, i believe is the only and best way to solve this issue.

Anyway, one publisher that they must talk to is Square Enix, i mean, wtf, why isnt Crisis Core, Valkyre Profile a...

hopefully this time, compared to what happened with the PSP Go, they actually allow this to happen

after they talk to all publishers and get all those PSP games on the PS store, they should open up a website were:

1.you can select all the UMD games you have,

2.pay up a fee to allow your copies to be turned to Digital (it would be cool if free)

3.ship the copies to Sony with a receipt of your order inside (they need proof tha...

according to the rumor, the reason why they switch to the brick form factor was because the sliding form factor made the internals overheat.

its point is not to save more space on the PS3 HDD, but to back up and play those save games on another PS3 without having to put it on a flash drive. plus it will back up those pesky locked game saves on the cloud.

5482d ago 3 agree1 disagreeView comment

BTW,this is was something that Hideo Kojima was hinting at during the PLaystation meeting, being able to save your game in the cloud and being able to continue the game on another device.

pretty sure cloud saving is going to play a big part between NGP and PS3.

@C0MPUT3R

damn, you beat me to it. apparently, thats what Kojima wants to do with this Dream Game of his.

$199? are you nuts? look at the tech this thing has, then come back to talk about realistic pricing of the thing.

this thing will cost between $250-$350

if this thing is $300, then its a steal. keep in mind, the 3DS is $250. if its $350, then it wont sell.

5482d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

pretty sure it does.
