i agree. but instead of buying the books, we should be able to rent them. college st udents everyday have to deal with rising costs of books, and i believe that the Ipad/kindle (or android tablets) are the solution to this issue.

Keep playing and refining your settings, that 0-12 will turn to 50-15 in no time.
wait, it says dx9 on those screenshots. i assume that this is running on Direct x 9, cause if true, holy crap does it look good, just imagine it on dx11.
although i agree with you, that is also the problem. playing with freinds require expensive peripherals in order to play together. the whole rockband set would cost you approx $150-$200 USD just so you can have that luxury of playing with your freinds together.
i think thats one of the reasons why the Music Genre is declining, aside from "raping" these franchises.
if they are implementing this, it would be awesome if that includes full PS eye support, meaning i can use it to video chat with people and so forth, although, its probably already possible already, i just want official drivers to allow it.

well they tend to show trailers of a game with the platform that leads on it, So im pretty sure the PS3 version isnt a port.
red dead redemption led on 360, like GTA IV, which is why the PS3 version didnt look as good as the 360 version.
