IF the ps3 is allowed to be sold in China, then it might surpass the ps2 in total lifetime sales. If 4% of the chinese people buys one = 60 million sales (ish).
Should we also say that the Xbox 360 is doomed since there isn't a single title on that list? No we shouldn't. Xbox360 might be "doomed" in Japan, but worldwide, it is doing really well.

If anyone is worried about the small hard-drive size, don't be. With the next generation of Blu-Ray players inside the ps4 you wont need to install almost anything. The content can just be streamed I think ^^ The Blu-Ray in the ps3 is too slow for it do to it as the ps4 will be able to :)
I was more thinking in the lines of "wait until Tegra 4 arrive, then the prices will be lower". Should have been more precise :D

Ye I know. Tried playing Amnesia: Dark Descent. That did not go well. There is something horrible about walking down dark corridors and knowing that at any time something can jump out from the shadows and try to bite your face off. I giggle like a little girl when playing those games because I am so nervous haha :D
I had the chance but the games are so scary :S But I will man-up sometime :D
Only thing that it certainly won't have of the things you mention is mod-support. Consoles are "closed" systems and the nature of those systems makes it impossible to have such a feature.
All the other features are possible :)
