Absolutely is. It made uncharted 1 look so mediocre. It also set a bar so high, not just for gaming, but for Action Adventure games. I played the MP religiously and made some amazing friends through it. I especially loved mercing the ND devs.

Nier Automata, is the the one game that players could just jump into. The Souls formula is simple, addictive, and rewarding, without having break your pacing.

Final Fantasy is in that snobbish mode were those who either choose the Nintendo classics or Playstation classics. Then you have the overbearing FF XIV players who only started playing there. No we seek real games and good ones at that. The gaming industry has been lead by consoles for over 30 plus years. It's always about the games, or people wouldn't port beg or be upset when a game doesn't come to their preferred platform. I'm not throwing shade. It's all about priorities in what you care about.
