Doubt he played either.
He definately has the look of "keep your children away from him". Creepy looking cuss.
Worth every cent, especially with Peacewalker included.
lol! Thanks.
Good point. People like to own hard copies of stuff they have bought and it will take another generation or two to deviate from that mindset. Also, with the advent of the PSN hacking and other companies being compromised, people might be wary of owning a strictly web based gaming set up.
What we might see in the future is a digital divide in regards to cloud gaming. Rich, developed nations with access to sufficient internet speeds (U.S, Japan, South Korea) will be contrasted by poorer, developing nations that would need a console because net speeds aren't up to snuff or simply do not exsist in a practical sense.
Exactly. My personal list would look nothing like this, hell I couldn't dredge up 100 games this gen that I even cared for. Point is, this list is no more or less relevent that any other person's. Enjoy your own games and don't let other dictate what is and is not worthy.
Garbage list, but the great thing about things like this is that they are quickly forgotten. By next week Ign's opinion on the top 100 modern games will be forgotten and people will move onto something else.
The only thing ineffective here is your sense of humor. Pretty pathetic using Pokemon references to call out others. I guess you're butthurt because Nintendo schooled the competition this gen. Cry some more, champ.
What awards Mystogan? Spike TV? Some crap from that joke called the AIAS? Most awards are a farce these days anyways, mainly based around politics and merchandising. Hell, even Guiness is a joke these days, you can't imagine the contrived awards they create for some games just so they get more attention when they arrive on the market(read up on the categories the new Mortal Kombat won for a hearty laugh).
The only emotion Pete evokes from me is laughter. Every modern game this goon has created has fallen flat on it's face, hollow promises and all. Pro tip, leave the emotional stuff to the pros: Team Ico, Kojima and Sakaguchi.
If you don't like MGS' story than you must hate videogame stories in general, because it's considered to be one of the best. Really though, I wish Kojima would make 2 sets of games with two differing stories. One for those who like post modern, complex stories and one for the muttonheads who use such trappings as "convoluted" because they aren't smart enough to wrap their head around it. Stick with the souless, geopolitical babblings of a Clancy game or the ham fiste...
Actually badz149, you seem like the defensive one here. Just sayin' bro.
He's not popular, just the butt of alot of industry jokes. That whole Milo thing a few years back was just creepy, though.
Another mediocre game? That's no surprise Pete old boy.
Slant 6 working on a new RE, Ninja Theory on DmC. I guess Capcom is hell bent on running their franchises into the ground.
Bioware is Square enix in training mode. Atleast Square made a variety of awesome games in the 90's. All Bioware does is copy and paste the same formula with updated graphics.
LOL!
It's not about pedestrian tps shootin' or superfluous dialogue trees either.
Didn't feel a damn thing and the trailer wasn't anything special. Just take Coldplay's "The Scientist" video and put zombies in it, pretty much there you go.
