Because there are so many first party exclusives that came out this year that the sales are spread out. And not every game is going to sell millions and millions and they don't have to as long as the studios turn a profit.

I doubt it. But if it was to happen they would have to reprogram a lot of the game. Like the Insert disc 2 now, oh wait there is no disc 2 because this is PS3 part and the PS3 controller Snake uses to control the MKII.

Give me Metal Gear Solid 5 for the PS3 or a new Metal Gear for PSP, or even a new IP all together.
I do miss being able to play Gears of War one and two. I would also like some Left 4 Dead action on the PS3 but I think that EA is working on porting it, so really just Gears of War.

Yeah, I just reported you for that one man. Just so you know.
The disc scratch percentage is higher than 1%. From my personal experience of dealing with customers and at the rate I exchanged discs in return for purchase of disc replacement program/warranty; for my store it was 21.3%.
That was the percentage on my P&L report for the fiscal year in 2006-2007 based of replacement warranty sales.
The under 1% Microsoft is talking about could be for the new Jasper hardware though.
They need to do all of the Costume packs like this. Its a much better value.
