The latest GT outing, released this month, will be the biggest yet. “I think people will feel like they’re taking on the unknown,” Yamauchi says. “It won’t be just about the graphics or the physics - I think they’re going to have an experience in which they see the true potential of this thing they’re playing with.”
When was this written? It says the latest GT outing released this month.
EDIT:
Never mind it says at the end that the article will run in...
Just read all of these quotes, this thing dose nothing Microsoft said it would. I don't even want to try it out after reading all of this.
"Extended hands-on time with a game like Kinectimals reveals that there is still a definite input lag issue, which totally disrupts the overall experience. Plus lots of other minor annoyances -- the necessity for a completely clear playing space, the inconsistency in accepting voice commands, the wonkiness in dealing with room li...
Maybe for the first week, those million people will still pick the game up.
I am going to believe Sony if they ever start talking about it again.
Ok, "MGS2 Sons of Liberty" in the U.S. was on the PS2.
The real "Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake" came out for the MSX2 and is considered "one of the best 8 bit games ever made" then was released in the U.S. as part of Metal Gear Solid 3 Susistence.
Good chance all these games see a remaster? IDK. I would like the MGS remasters to be the "SUB" editions though.
You should go, take some pictures.
That might me why Nintendo and Sony turned the tech down, not even a 500 million dollar marketing budget can help sell the industry's scraps.
That actually makes me more skeptical about the quality of the product, they are giving them away and nothing good ever comes for free.
MGS4 always warrants another play through in my book. I am crazy excited for a trophy patch.
Schwarzenegger v. EMA/ Entertainment Software Association.
I think that it is very plausible and obvious that Mr. Schwarzenegger has or "might have" interest in another entertainment industry.
Video games hurting your royalties Mr. Schwarzenegger?
You know the article states that number of people that OWN or will BUY.
There are already about 3 million Move units out there, so Move is only going to sell another 600,000 units during the holidays? I doubt that.
Move works great 4-8 feet from the camera.
"Based on results, the study predicts the install bases (number of people that own or will buy in the next six months)"
2.9--4.1 million Kinect
2.5--3.6 million Move controllers,
So in the "next 6 months" Kinect is only projected to sell about a half million units more than Move? With a half billion dollar marketing budget? I don't know, you do the math.
I'm in.
I have been thinking that Light Out was going to get pushed for months now. The just looked like it needed more time, I am just hoping that it gets the time it needs.
Looks great, and the GT Tuesday update is live at GameStop's website. Very nice wallpaper.
Exchange rates have really hit Sony hard as of late.
Man, I am really hoping they got this one right, there's going to be a lot of split screen hours logged around my house.
The head tracking looked great, this is one of the features that I am very excited for, anything to make it feel more like I'm the car is a very good thing.
The build they where playing looks solid. I can't wait to get the new SLS on the Top Gear test track, just the thought gets my heart pumping.
I don't think that GT5 will post first week Halo numbers in the U.S. but it will outsell it world wide in lifetime sales with out a doubt.
