The game has already been downgraded. If you don't believe me, check out the trailer 1080p from EU PSN store or JP PSN store. Both are in 1080p except the one in US PSN store which is 720p only. Most parts of the trailer are in CG only 30% is actual gameplay.

Played it and not impressed at all. Don't know what the fuss about graphic better than KZ2 was about, the graphic looks so cartoony.
