Could be. I've only heard of all the extras from different forums. My version was the NA one... unfortunately
I don't think online is an option. But the coop will mean that my gf will get to play instead of just watching it this time. =D
Reportedly PAL and NTSCJ versions have improved AI, optional multiplayer mode(2nd person is Yorda), Yorda and Queen lines translated after first playthrough, optional film effect post-processing and additional secret weapon (lightsaber) after the first playthrough, more complex shadows, some locations/puzzles modifyied (waterfall)...
It's the European version of Ico included in there. US version was sooooo gimped. Anyway, I have them both, well stole both copies from my brother, but now I can give it back to him and get me some HD goodness. Pre-ordering for sure when it becomes available.
Would that mean a remaster of the European version with the New Game+ stuff? I was quite pissed when finishing the US version and not being able to play through it again with normal subtitles instead of symbols.
You must've never played a Team ICO game talking about sequels and them in the same sentence. They don't shorthand the gamer because they want to put out "the trilogy" - they have a world and they play the story in it; the next game may allude to the previous one, but by no means is it a sequel. Related, sure, but each story is clear, concise, beginning-end.
I'm going for the kid. He seems like the type that dies in the end. =D
I don't think you can pull the Bungie beats everyone card anymore... They are turning multiplat after Reach. No more hi-end HALO, but on the other end, Insomniac is also going multiplat, but they are 3rd party, and we still get an R3 announcement. Just saying.
I'm sorry. I'm a journalist (unrelated to the gaming industry) and an economist. I've been out on my own for a while now, even though I look rather young. The article or blog, seeing as how they are using WordPress as their means of publishing, is rather lacking in both economic analysis and journalistic integrity. Unnamed sources in a rather trivial subject makes it seem like there were no real sources.
Is the condescending tone of my response something you are getting? ...
Didn't they just announce DLC In-Store Sales? All I'm saying is, and my economics degree seems to concur on this - doom and gloom predictions for a store that seems to keep on the profit side, surprising during recession and innovating on the sales front just doesn't make sense.
Blockbuster lost its dominance and overall market due to lack of innovation. Not taking Kongregate into consideration as well as DLC sales, when you are putting out an article on DLC is shifty. Be...
But Infamous is one of the games people can download from the PSN in its entirety, and so is LBP, and God of War he dumped in there. I'd be more impressed if he had played the Ratched and Clank games.
since it was announced. Loved Flower and Flow, Shadow and Ico. Now just gotta get team ICO to finish their stuff. (TGS peek?)
Live and learn. Still love you guys, though! =D
Not that I agree with your opinion on the subs vs. dubs, mostly because I haven't played any of the Persona games (shame on em) and because my experience with dubs is always lackluster. But, a good comment is a good comment and therefore, bubbles!
You hope they edit it? I think you forgot a "n't" there. I'm hoping it comes to the US and they don't touch one thing. In fact, don't even try to do voiceovers, just subtitle everything and bring it this way. You know what? If the Japanese version has English subs, I'm importing. Ecchi Horror is where it's at! None of the Hills Have Eyes mutant rape crap. Ecchi Horror is sexy, is horror, is perfect. There, I want Catherine! ;)
From the standpoint of the series, it was the only one I didn't beat multiple times. Hated that piece of crap with tank controls and limited over the shoulder visibility. Even the "rescue" parts of the previous resis were way better. Where are the moaning zombies? The confined spaces? etc? No feeling of claustrophobia, no hanging on the thread of the soundtrack to hear whether something is quietly walking around - or to try to catch a faint moan after opening a door to a new are...
I mean, they bought Eidos and this would be the same deal of an European sub-company making the game.
I'm even more certain of what I just said. Looks rather silly for a SE game.
Not to sound pedantic, but I wouldn't be bragging about exclusivity on this one. Seems more like a quick revenue-driven game to me.
special light saber weapon on next playthrough
