So in the seated position when the upper body rotates to a value of 45 degrees then the animator will position the legs, knee poles, feet in the desired location and set a key. This shows no acceptance of a possible issue with the device or code that runs it. Based of this information Nintendo dont seem to be taking any responsibility.
My switch is still in the box, moving house this weekend so I don't know yet if I will have the same issue. I really hope this is not going to be a serious problem. Based of how many stories I have seen about this, it could well be.
