For me, Star Wars Battlefront, Halo 5, Dying Light, Mortal Kombat X all have my interest. Killzone 5 by Geurilla Cambridge would be a great surprise, and maybe Gran Turismo 7 (I don't know the release date for that)

60fps is not always best. For reference, I use Bioshock. The game feels more cinematic (yes, I know many claim thats an excuse). Now a game like Forza Horizon could have used 60fps well, and sometimes FPS games can, but an action game (especially one that has a darker art style) doesn't always need 60fps. PlayStation gamers could go and buy some other PlayStation games. I mean, I currently do not own either of the two devices, but I am sure most people have not gotten through the rather vast library of games on the system.
Personally I believe that even if the sales drop for Xbox One, that just means more effort from Microsoft to put out better reasons to buy an Xbox One. Really people, the company isn't going to go bankrupt from less Xbox One sales, so as long as gamers are content, I think the Xbox One community will be fine with the system

I must disagree, as the new hardware is not always capable of pushing the vision of developers and maintaining 1080p. I can guarantee that a majority of gamers do not know the difference, let alone care. I am not saying that 1080p is not an issue, gamers should demand the best from their games, but sometimes resources can be applied in better ways that a resolution upgrade
