Where did I say MGS is a flop? You my friend need to relax. The fact is Mass Effect DID get points knocked off because of those technical issues you mentioned. Fortunately the game was so good that the positives heavily outnumbered the negatives. But atleast Bioware didn't tell the reviewers to cut them some slack like Konami did. Looks like Eurogamer is the only one that reviewed the game as a whole and not leaving the negatives. Respect for Eurogamer!

Looks like Eurogamer's review was the most fair of all. I seen other games lose points for technical issues but I guess MGS gets the red carpet, right?

I personally think the review is pretty fair. It's clear that MGS is a franchise that has been around for a long time and loved by many, including the reviewer from Gamepro calling it the best game ever. I'm sure people that love the series would give it a high score even if it sucked. But this is a point of view of somebody that wasn't a fan. And his review was pretty fair. It's nothing that hasn't already been done before in the other MGS.
Bottom line: Fans of the series ...

I don't know about 10 million but it will be close. It will definitely sell more than the first one that's for sure. Sequels to successful games always sells more. Either way, it will be the second highest selling game of 2008 next to GTA4.

NG2 is averaging 85% on gamerankings.com If you think that's a failure than you can pretty much say 90% of the ps3's gaming library is a failure.
You sony fanboys desperately want to crush Halo with every ps3 game that comes out. I seen Halo talked about in GT threads. A freaking racing game. That is called major jealousy. Atleast try to keep the debate to the same genre. And currently Sony's gaming library has zero First Person Shooter's that even comes close to Halo.
Looks like GT pro has been a disappointment all around. Pretty average reviews. Luckily it's just a demo and I'm sure all the problems will be corrected but tell that to all the guys that spent $40 for a flawed demo.
Looks like I'll be picking up my FIRST dragon ball z game. Can't wait.
