Oh I played part 3. I was turned away by the childish AI with the silly exclamation marks and question marks. The game is catered for kids. And I see that part 4 is more of the same silliness like healing yourself by taking out a dirty magazine. So childish. I prefer a more realistic stealth game like Splinter Cell.
And agaaaaaaaaaaaaaaain you sony fanboys talk about Halo. If you hate Halo so much, than why do you keep on bringing it up in every Sony thread??? You really are showing your jealousy. Go into a Halo thread and you'll never see any other game mentioned.
MGS is seen as just a game. Halo on the other hand reached beyond the video game market. Master Chief has become an icon like Pacman and Mario. You can add all the MGS games and you get the total amount of Halo 3 sales. LMAO. Please.
How embarrassing that a company like Konami has to stoop so low to tell the reviewers to not mention the technical issues. Many other games have had technical issues and points were taken off the final review....for example, Mass Effect. This is just embarrassing. So much for MGS4's perfect scores. Might as well add a lil asterisk next to their average rating.

It's a lil embarrassing when these articles try to compare a good game like Resistance to a masterpiece like Gears of War. The first bout was an easy first round knockout by Gears. Resistance 2 will be better but it needs a huge upgrade to be as good as Gears 2. Gears 2 is just going to be to good.

Yes Resistance was a good game but nothing more than that. While Gears of War shook the gaming world. The two games shouldn't even be compared. Resistance 2 would need a major overhaul to get to the level of Gears 2 and I highly doubt that will happen. Resistance 2 will just be another good game. Their are tons of good games but only a few great ones.
I been saying this from Day 1. Sony is all talk and no action.
People here are saying that Resistance 2's multiplayer will be better than Gears 2. Why? Because of the 60 players? Well the first Gears only had 8 players and the first Resistance had 40 players, yet Gears still won every best multiplayer award for 2007. The total amount of players doesn't mean better multiplayer.
I will say that the first Resistance is one of the few ps3 games that I played and beaten. I love me FPS. I hope the sequal adds a lil more variety in the enemy...
The first Gears crushed the first Resistance in every way. Resistance 2 will need a huge overhaul to even get close to Gears 2.

Fishy...I said "better" in every way...not "bigger." Yes Resitance's multiplayer has a bigger player count but that doesn't equal better. That's why the first Gears won every best mutliplayer award for 2007.
My money is on Killer Instinct 3 and..................and...... ...........let's try..............Physconauts 2.
Well the first Fable is easily my favorite game of all time. The sequal is the main reason why I own a 360.

Devil May Cry is a fun game, God of War can be beat with one weapon pressing the same button, Ninja Gaiden Black took some serious skill to beat. And after reading the reviews of the sequal, it looks like it's a hard game. Some reviewers even took points off it because it was to hard. I personally like the challenge.
I wonder if they gave a real honest review like Eurogamer and didn't leave out all the technical issues like the other reviewers did. But I will say EDGE is pretty harsh. Like somebody mentioned earlier, they gave Bioshock an 8.

It's obvious that your not going to respond like an adult and just keep on attacking me. I gave you reasons why I think MGS is for kids and your ignored them. If you think that taking out dirty magazines to heal yourself is a great idea than so be it. Enjoy the game. I would find that very entertaining also if I was 12 years old.
