… 🧐 that’s the whole point…. If it’s hotter at the exhaust then the silicon is getting hotter so it’s having to dissipate more. Which will also increase environmental temperature which in turn further increases internal temperatures. As is the circle of thermal physics. That’s how it works.
When your variable clock rates are dependant on core temperature, 3-4 degrees is massive.
I would be shocked if that’s a true reading with such a minor heatsink change tho. You’ve got to consider that possible 4 degree increase is on top of what could already be an environmentally hot area. That could easily create a visibly noticeable down clock.

It’s exactly same resolution as PS4 pro 2160p checkerboard from 1440p. Not sure why this video showed comparisons for resolution and draw distance as It’s only FPS and loading times that have changed. Definitely time for me to go back and finally complete it though.

I’m a big battlefield fan ever since the original but I thought the latest alpha test was complete garbage. It was an absolute broken uninspired cluster f. I’m looking forward to the beta because they claimed so much of what was broken was because it was an old build but so far I’m very close to cancelling the pre-order despite me only paying £33 for it.

I’m not a big COD fan but this looks more like the old original games on the PC decades ago. That’s a very good thing. This looks so good it brought all the nostalgia feelings from COD 1&2 which were incredible games. Before the franchise turned into the crap they’ve churned out since excluding modern warfare which was great too. It has a very NOT-recent COD feel to it. Which can’t be a bad thing.
That’s where it all stemmed from, it was AMD themselves that publicly stated the Series had “full fat” RDNA 2 and PS5 was NOT RDNA 2. Their presentation slides also confirmed it was a modified RDNA 1.5. Which was provided during their live conference published online with their stake holders and journalists at the event.
I watched the event myself so I can confirm it was legit. However what happened after that I don't know but I can guess Sony wasn’t too happy with them...
