lets face it, deep down we all know this will just be another cheap cash-in :-(
I don't mind at all if they're the same price or maybe a fiver extra like the Payday one but its this new fad over the last 5 years of making these collectors edition twice the price of the game because you get it in a steel tin with a few pictures in it & a little plastic figure.

I know there is, I own every single one on PC I would class myself as a pretty hardcore gamer at 30 years old a lot younger than him as well & I don't think even I have put that much time into the series & it's probably one of my favourite series as well.

I don't understand "collectors editions" full stop. I just don't understand why people would pay ridiculous amounts more for something only to get silly trinkets, posters or stickers.

You forget that Rockstar still owe Sony a "Solid" as part of their contract, which was supposed to be Agent as that's why it was originally an exclusive.
Now that, that is multiplatform it opens it up to Rockstar owing Sony again & what sells a system more than a GTA game!?
Vita needs more sales, Rockstar owes Sony - Even porting GTAIV across would be an easy job & a win-win for both company's. I don't think it's as far fetch...
You forgot their "Beyond next-gen cinema quality graphics engine" claim they made last week.
Were they now claim they're the ONLY company to take high resolution sources so that they can scale down the quality to fit in the game. HAHA completely ignoring the fact that ALL developers have been doing this for many, many years!
