In an industry that is built upon pre-sales & first week sales - Including "Pre-order Bonus Content" & "Day 1 Edition".
These statements are indicative of false advertising as once you have bought them & opened them. You can't then send it back for a refund claiming its not the same game we were shown!
It doesn't work you simply cannot have it both ways, no other industry/products allow that sort of marketing & sale...

aww come on man! we all seen the very same video & footage.
The simple fact is without adding anyone's personal opinions is that PS3 GTAV looks better than PS4 Watch_Dogs. That's fact & that's wrong! There's no good explanation for that no matter which way anyone tries to spin it GTA V is a last gen game that would of been released 10 months ago (almost a full year) when WD gets released!

Compression doesn't alter in game particle effects & other graphical fidelity it alters the output of the video therefore why not use GIFs? it doesn't suddenly stop you from seeing the dramatic differences to the reduced environments, NPC's, animations or effects etc...
Screenshots are the easiest thing to manipulate so your working in reverse.
GTA V on old-gen looks better than this on new-gen. Yes that's embarrassing for everyone involved now can we just bite the bullet & delay it, start from scratch or just bin it off entirely.
They cant release it in its current state that would be laughable & its clear that reviews scores would crumble & be tarnished by this. Meaning the prospects for future franchise would be destroyed!

It's not even close to any footage they've shown. They've even shown 'live real-time' PS4 14 minute gameplay demo that again looks like not even the same game. How can people NOT be angry by this!!!
They also claimed that they left delaying it so long before going through with it because they thought they were close...

Ok, ignore the fact that it has been confirmed as PS4 gameplay & the fact that if it wasn't they would of released press statements to clear up this disaster.
Also, every screen shot up to this point that has been released from Ubisoft today has been from in-game cutscenes.

If there engine can barely run fluid simulation on the Vita then they need help. Puddle managed it easily along with other games. Why is theirs so different?
Even 1st gen iPads can run fluid simulations to the same quality as Shooter at not even a 1/4 of the power.

Like I said, I must of missed it as I hadn't heard that at all & again it hasn't cleared it up to me why she left or was pushed out.
Even if they had absolutely no part of it which from insights into the company I would happily believe they had nothing to do with it. But still this open letter only serves as damage control the same of which any company would do in an industry where customers are passionate about there products.
