haven't we seen more MP footage than SP footage so far??
The very first one they released was PC but after that they publically said it was PS4 footage.
It clearly wasn't, the only one I would assume was actually real footage would of been the video that was released "by mistake" that looked like PS2 footage which I would imagine would of been early unoptimised PS4 footage.
SOMA can't come soon enough, from what I've seen of gameplay, it looks awesome!!!
..and the idea of more grown up themes of consciousness and existence could quite literally blow my mind! Not enough games push those kinds of boundaries.
I havnt watched it yet but would assume that like usual it doesn't look close to the BS (officially claimed to be from all in game engine)they usually release.
Aswell as publically claiming a few months back that it now looked better than the initial PS4 gameplay footage.
The only industry that can get away with selling you something after telling & showing you something different & getting away with it no questions asked... It always amazes me ho...

Like I've said above, I haven't mentioned at any point that this is about the engine... I think people here need to ingest the information they read before blurting out verbal diarrhoea.
I didn't say that this article was about his engine or hardware at any point.
I was explaining his recent actions & asking what he considers as pushing the limits as all his recent actions define the complete opposite of that statement.
It's all their in my original comment. I suggest reading it & understanding it before trying to manipulate it into the very thing your trying to complain about...
I would love to know what limits Kojima thinks he's pushing these days seeing as his new engine looks identical on new gen to how it looks on old gen & the fact that he's talking about moving out of console games & into mobile games...
Loosing a lot of faith in Kojima over the past couple of years.
The Wii was a fad/novelty, that's all, plain & simple. it certainly didn't win on quality gameplay!
If you believe what you say then why is the Wii U doing so bad?
I don't see how that can be true as it's the only feature that it has over consoles & other gaming tech & has constantly pushed the boundaries for 20 maybe 30 years now so this is nothing new & certainly isn't the cause of "the PC game crash", whatever that is (misleading media BS).
There's been a lot of games released on the PC over the last few years that were accidently released in beta form on release day instead of the finished produ...
Graphics are extremely important. If you're a PC gamer play your favourite game through on the lowest graphical settings & then again with its highest graphical settings. It makes a monumental difference that it almost cannot be believed that it makes so much difference.
..But for a game to be truly next-gen it has to be not possible on last gen i.e. Titanfall is not next gen in any way!
His last rant about the Batmobile is a bit stupid. Number 1, the biggest selling game in the world (GTA) biggest selling point is that it was born from & is driving in an open world... How can doing this in the Batmobile instead be a pointless novelty fad???
Number 2, he is completely wrong as you could never fly in either of the previous Arkham games as he claims but in the words of Mr Lightyear he could only "Fall with style"

The only reason developers say this is that their greed has taken over!
They want to put as little effort into a project as possible but don't want to give up the rewards. So, get rid of 3/4 of their staff, make little, shitty mobile games that take a week to make so that they can live off what is made from kids buying the shit.

At £83 I think its pretty obvious that this is a pricing error.
I'd heard the downgrade was bad but I still haven't seen the new trailer yet but those screenshots look awful - I mean worse than I ever could of expected. That looks horrible.
