Like I said, I'm only going from the comparison video in the article & from that video you can see where the 'optimisations' have been made to Last-Light. QAA/TXAA, character model, lighting through trees/god rays etc...

It's not in anyway severe, it's barely even noticeable but it's certainly there.

You want more AAA games, you need a bigger customer base. You want a bigger customer base, you need to reduce propriety card pricing or scrap them entirely. Simple.

Without question this was the biggest mistake of the Vita.

From my understanding this is how it is^^

DX12 doesn't do any, so Devs do it all themselves but that means that the only book keeping that is done is only what is done by the dev so is essential to that game. So you don't have ridiculous excess of unnecessary & unused book keeping that needs to be processed for no reason.

I agree with you about there's a lot more sales left in the XBone yet but your comment about more new IP's is not only factually incorrect from what we all know so far, but just stupid as well!

From watching the frame-rate test side-by-side comparison you can clearly see that First Light has taken a little knock in the graphics department.

It's not something you would see if it wasn't side by side though but it's clearly there.

So taking a little knock to the graphics & removing the DUC base hoards the reason for the frame-rate increase is pretty self explanatory.

Ahh ok that makes sense, I just seen it pop up on the front page of Steam yesterday. Presumed it had released.

Havnt heard any of the new music but agree the original music was great!

?? I thought the premise of DX12 is that it's primary focus was to remove a lot of the validation & book keeping bringing it closer to the metal....???

After all this is exactly what developers have been complaining about.

I think GamingBolt have screwed up again!

*Edit* Maybe I've read it wrong & it's giving the book keeping responsibilities to the devs, I'm confusing myself now...

PLEASE!!!!!!!

I've noticed its just released on Steam so this could be true. A very simple designed game & doesn't look all that, but it's addictive as hell!

*Edit* Bolloxs just noticed this is for November & not for next month :-(

To get the best deal don't buy digital, simple.

I've just pre-ordered retail copy on PS4 for £35.

I wasn't going to get the game because it would seem from all the evidence we have so far that the game is clearly a disappointment. I'm willing to gamble on it for a retail copy at £35 over a digital copy for £54.

lol so your advising people to buy the game to find out if it's good or not? Great logic!

The more I hear from Bungie about this game the more my suspicions seem to have been right all along!

With the lack of content, no early review copies, Bungie requesting customers to ignore day 1 reviews, the BS pre-order volume claims & now also a price drop. Absolutely everything indicates this game is going to be a disappointment.

Saying that though I wasn't going to pick this game up but with the recent price drop I've just pre-ordered it for ...

10/10 Gaming perfection. Are you serious???

I find it has the least spatial awareness out of all the plugins they've released. You can tell what's left & right but that's about as accurate as it gets.

The others that have been released have been spot on though.

Not interested in the game but all the profiles released so far for the gold headset have been awesome with the exception of TLOU:R.

I didn't enjoy any of the midnight club games. Thought they were all way to cheesy n stiff controls. Always thought that was the general opinion of these games as they all pretty much went straight into the bargain bins after a week or 2.

Completely agree, this urge to fool customers by any means necessary in the gaming industry has to stop. Whether it's false claims of exclusivity, bullshots, "real-time gameplay" footage that are actually target renders.

I honestly don't know how people are genuinely stupid enough to let them get away with it!

Despite being force fed media stories that everyone & their dog has pre-ordered this. Only 1 of my gaming buddies is buying this game, at least at launch anyway. The general consensus from most on the internet is that they're not particularly interested due to thought of lack of content. I find it all a bit strange to be honest.

I'm just going to wait & see how the game pans out with reviews in a month or 2 down the line. I don't think sales will compare t...

Being someone who complains a lot about unrealistic high scores. I actually think that this game deserves a little higher.

Having both Metro games on my gaming rig PC playing at ultra settings (monitor only displays upto 1080p though) I didnt enjoy them anywhere even slightly near as much as I've enjoyed replaying the Redux editions on PS4. It's shocked me just how much its surprised me.

A site that has had a terrible reputation for the past few years hits the final nail in the coffin. I think everyone has come to the understanding by now it's a scummy website. I'm sure I'm not the only one who hasn't visited that site in over a year. Let them continue to dig themselves out of the industry.
