None of the “saviour” single player rumours were true. No new content that anyone was expecting. Just everything that we already knew hahahaha…

If anyone is interested the PC version has also been updated to include all these features also.
Has anyone else brought this up? Seems like an odd thing to do but there’s obviously a very specific reason for it. Would like to hear from Nintendo directly before the console releases as people including myself have pre-orders that have been placed due to the official information we were given at the time.
It works for Delta Force and it’s actually a far better experience for it. Makes the game actually mean something, like games used to make you feel back in the day. Makes the battles more intense.
It’s all just controlled inflation to increase and more importantly to allow further increases in future for astronomically greater profit margins to the chosen few.
The fact you have to explain that to people despite it being literally right in front of there eyes so blatantly over the last 5 years. Is mental. It’s not even hidden anymore.
My issue is that they are bundling MKWorld with Switch 2 for £40 but they're going to use those sales figures to suggest they made so many sales of this £80 game. Suggesting it's ok to sell at that price and that so many people are willing to buy at that price.. Trying to normalise the situation.
This is a remaster that I could get behind. At least it deserves it.

I thought this was a great idea, then at the end when they stated it was a purchasable game I was like “wow Nintendo really have dropped to a new found low”. It’s even a little embarrassing that, that passed through everybody at the company and still somehow became an actual thing that was considered acceptable…. Wow.
Yea I still to this day havnt paid more than £50 for a game and I still wont. They can ask £75 but they wont get it. If anyone pays that amount even for GTA6 you’re an absolute mug!
I want a Switch 2, I really do, but if they’re going to play these stupid price gouging games. They can burn to the ground I couldn’t care less. Let them destroy themselves. They only have themselves to blame!
Where has this narrative come from and why is it being pushed? There has always been "3D Spotting" although it's always been called "Ping" or "Mark" until this stupid narrative arrived..

I never stopped playing it. It’s aged great, still looks and plays brilliantly. Albeit it still has serious issues with cheaters. As long as you accept that the top say 3 people in a both teams are going to have a K/D ratio of 56-1 or something then it’s fun for what it is.
In what way exactly? I don’t really see anything of 2042 DNA in any of the videos I’ve seen..
I’ve gone back to try the original as I’ve never really managed to get into it. Started the game over twice and have never really managed to get very far either times. Currently on the mission hunting with Hans Capon and my god, why is it so difficult to fire an arrow at a rabbit literally standing still 4 feet in front of you!!!
I could literally reach out and touch it yet can’t hit it with a simple bow and arrow. Talk about making it difficult purely for the sake of it.

I remember waiting for the original to release 30 years ago and receiving my monthly copy of PCGamer magazine packed full of demos, including this game and all sorts of interesting software… good times!
Nothing like thinking back to realise how shitty the world has become these days.

Only ever play galactic assault and haven’t noticed any changes particularly over the years. Struggling to understand the reason why the article felt necessary enough for someone to write up..
Nintendo is really creating an absolute shit show with the release of the new switch and everything around it. It’s just complete and utter incompetence at every angle!
