You basicly say "i dont want to buy a xbox360 so im gonna download a emulator and download the roms" (i just say xbox360 as an exemple, idk if there is xb360 emulator)and i dont think it give you the right to do it only because you dont want to buy the console.
emulation is a kind of grey area. I get the point of saying "i cant play this game anymore and i cant find it somewhere else"
But the problem here is that nintendo still sell some of these game on the wii/wii-u e shop.
So i guess at the end, its still piracy if you can find the game somewhere where its legit.
