360 slim were a $100 cheaper then they would give the Ps3 some competition. Otherwise I expect the sales to remain constant, with Ps3s growing wings and flying off shelves.

I agree. But then again all the gaming companies steal something from each other regularly.
Keeping this game 360/Pc only would've been bad for business.
Valve knew this game wouldn't push out the sales they wanted because while it may be a brilliant puzzle game, its not a shooter. If there is no guns in portal then 360 owners are not gonna support it.
So the Ps3 owners such as myself will show this game the love it deserves. The Portal world is a masterpiece.
But Gabe announced it for the Ps3 with steam. So its a win win for ps3 gamers just to buy it on the that console.
But I'm tired of hearing Ninja Theory cry about Heavenly Sword. If the game sold 1.5 mil thats very decent considering it was a new independent project.
Most devs out there, get back up, dust themselves off, and start making the sequel bigger and better so they expand that fanbasse and potential revenue made by it. Examples would be Uncharted 1 and Mass Effect.

I lost interest in Nintendo long ago. Their hardware and games don't appeal to me. They catered more to the casuals and left the hardcore in the boondocks for half a decade. I don't like handhelds too much either. I own a psp and hardly play it, i only use it for music and videos off the Psn. And maybe a game every now and then(MGS Peacewalker).
So how could Nintendo win me over with that conference?? It was the same tried and true formula they use for all E3's. Z...

I'm excited about Portal 2, GT5 and Twisted Metal. I'm also excited too about Goldeneye and the new side scrolling Donkey Kong. But not with the 3DS. I have a PSP and hardly play the thing which is kinda sad.
