After using Photoshop for many years, I can clearly tell the image is fake. First of all, the font is Calibri. It is a Microsoft font and it is not one of the PS3's default font set. It s highly unlikely that Sony would add a new font into it's system, especially one from their competitor. Also, you can see that the text does not align up properly with the backdrop. I've been using Windows 7 since the public beta came out and I have to say that it's pretty stable. It's actually more stable in it's current beta stage than Vista SP1. It's also a crap load faster. Imagine Vista eye-candy with XP speed. That's what Windows 7 is. But even though Windows 7 is so good, it still doesn't compare to Mac OS.
If the next consoles become "teh kiddie" like the Wii then I'm going back to PC gaming. After owning the original versions (fat) of PS1, PS2, PSP, and PS3, if Sony changes their design to be more like the Wii, then they lost a loyal customer.
That is just really sad. Everybody knows that Macs are for video, photo, and audio editing. IMO Windows is good for nothing anymore because we have open source operating systems like Linux and great alternatives like Mac that can do everything better.

I really don't care and you know why? It's called Windows 7. I have the beta installed on my computer natively and it is amazing. It is faster and more stable than XP (remember this is a beta still) and it looks nice like Vista. The Mac Dock...I mean redesigned taskbar is great even though it is a copy. There are a ton of new features (that mostly copied other OS' like Mac and Linux) that are great.
The real reason people don't buy Macs is because of the price. I too found myself justifying the price. Luckily, I chose to buy my MacBook Pro and I love it. I agree, it is a little over priced, but for the design, speed, reliablity, ad OS, it's worth it.
Windows 7 Beta is a free download to ANYONE for ANY computer. They WILL NOT give away Windows 7.
BTW, I am running Windows 7 now on a computer that would be "outdated" at 7's release and it is running smooth with games and everything. It uses all XP and Vista drivers.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt they're using real ray-tracing. Ray-tracing is too slow for ANY single computer/console on the market right now. From the videos I saw it looks more like they use dynamic shadows and self-shadowing. Dynamic Shadows =/= Ray Tracing. And yes, I watched the video where the dev said it, but he sounds like he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Zunes are crap. If you want a decent media player that won't crap out on you, buy an iPod touch or iPhone. Also, the Sandisk ones are nice too because you can install Rockbox on them.

Nobody criticizes Sony for not bringing games to the PC because they never promised it in the first place! Sony was always known for keeping their games to themselves, and they never turned around and changed that policy last minute.
