Drums for sure.
Sony learned from the PSP and have found a way to protect the PS3 from hackers. It won't last forever, but it's holding up pretty darn good. Better than any console I've seen in my day.
There is no downside, except what the other guy said. It will cost you a lot of money in the next few months because tons of games are coming out.
Right....
So UT3, Resistance, R&C, HS, Warhawk, Haze, and Uncharted don't count as games. Okay buddy...you go play your Halo 3 on 360, then maybe some Gears after that, then maybe...um...that's about it.
EDIT: Scratch Gears off that list, your 360 might RROD again after you just received your 11th 360.
Yup. That's why you get a PS3.
If you noticed around here lately, all the big games and all the rumors are about PS3. Only some about other consoles. This shows that the PS3 is up for a big year while the 360 will fail in the next year or two.
teh powah of teh cell
It finally comes out. I don't see 360 doing this, even in Halo 3's "amazing" video editing suite.
This is super old. I remember seeing a guide like this on Gamespot when the update came out that allowed you to stream. Probably like 5-6 months ago.
I'd rather go down a sinking ship by Sony tha pay for online, get crappy lag online, and RRODs. Thanks, but no thanks. I'll stick with the PS3. ;)
LOL. I love you XBOX Fanboys. What has XBOX innovated?
DVDs? Nope. Used in PS2.
Memory? Nope used in PS1.
Trigger Controllers? Nope.
Online Friends List and Download Service? Maybe if you don't count PC.
So Sony and Microsoft haven't been the best innovators. Nintendo hasn't either. Only thing they made was the Wii Motion sensing, but that was done on PS1 with Warhawk 1 years before. Check YouTube if you don't believe me.
Cell phones? They must be preparing for PS Home. I heard that you will be able to access your Home from your cell phone the same way you can go on the internet.
Why make a Halo DS game? Most people with a DS aren't allowed to play Halo and/or are not interested in it. Halo would be better on PSP with online, but it would still be crap. Halo should stick to XBOX.
Micro$oft pays Gamespot to review PS3 games lower than what they really should be.
R:FoM - Underrated
Motorstorm - Underrated
R&C: ToD - Extremely Under rated
WTF Gamespot. Just because of this, a lot of PS3 owners are moving to IGN and other gaming sites because they are not biased.
It doesn't matter. The cars still look photorealistic and I thought upscaling didn't matter to you XBOX fanboys when it turned out Halo 3 wasn't even 720P. At least GT5P has an HD resolution.
GT5 Prologue Demo has waaaaaaaaaaay better car model and nicer lighting. Yeah, Forza has "3D" trees in the background, but they're just trees and they aren't that noticable when playing the game properly.
I don't mean to sound like a fanboy, but you guys are judging GT5 Prologue demo way too hard. It's a demo of a demo of the full game GT5. It's nowhere near complete.
JB Hi-Fi? WTF? I never heard of them. If Microsoft an Toshiba want HDDVD to sell they gotta buy out the big companies like Dreamworks, Disney, and comapnies like that. Too bad they already prefer Blu-Ray. Oh well M$, there's always next gen with SHDHDDVD (Super Higher Definition High Definition DVD) for the XBOX 720. Good luck next time. :)
Even when the PS3 was $650, it was still cheaper for the features that it has and the potential.
The limit for the PS3 HDD is currently 700GB (or something along those lines). This can also be easily highered by Sony in a firmware update.
Wow. Never thought of it that way. Maybe you should be an analyst :)
The 60GB is a waaaaaaaaaaay better deal because the 40GB has no backwards compatibility.
I think they will eventually bring out an HDD or a memory adapter for the Wii. They just wanna make more money. But in the mean time, they don't care, because those kids with a Wii doesn't know what an HDD is.
