TT already has the revenue; they'll have 25M for each one that they make. MS is the one that really needs this to be a success; It'd be nice for TT also, but MS needs it more.
Besides, you really think that some DLC that you have to pay for later on down the line that most casual gamers (the majority of GTA's market) don't even know about is going to make a significant difference?

I didn't care about the DLC when we were talking about the 360's exclusive content, and I don't care now. The Home integration, however, is when I start getting interested. Can't wait to see what they do with it.

Yes, the GTA series appears on other consoles. No shyt. But the fact of the matter is, to most casual gamers, GTA is a PlayStation brand.
This might conflict with your senses, but he fair majority of people didn't know about GTA at all until part 3. Don't believe me? Look at the sales for the games prior to 3, and then look at 3. Then came VC. Then came SA. Yes, all three LATER came out on the Xbox, but again; look at the sales. More bought it on PlayStation.
