It wouldn't be better on PS3. It would probably be the same thing it is now with more people complaining about it. Activision needs to stop pooping out games every single year for that to happen. Not to mention, all those other games you mentioned, have either dedicated servers and QUALITY. The fact that Treyarch runs all their games off the same servers makes it lag.
