Not to mention the PS4 amount of exclusives outweighing the X1's. Maybe unnecessary if there were no next gen games but there are plenty of them....especially on PS4. I have too many games to play this year and this is another one that just made the list. I wonder what sounds will come through the speakers? I like how Shadow of Mordor did it with subtle sounds like bushes rustling and the sound of the blade.

Netherrealm really ran with the gift of re-spawning that was given to them by WB games... as a gamer, this game looks awesome and shows just that. As a Mortal Kombat fan since the first (through the thick and thin **ahem MK4) this game looks f----ing INSANE!
Seriously, 3 variations of characters?! The devs have so much heart in their projects and it really shows. The love for kombat from these guys is amazing

How could they pick the Olympian Gardens over the Poseidon fight?! Get outta here! The eye gouge alone was better than the whole garden sequence. Although I did really like the puzzles.

Dude you know how much I've paid in DLC for this game? Nothing. Not a little bit. You act as if they put a gun to your head and made you buy it. I don't entirely agree with it but at least the people that don't have the time for grinding still have the option to have money in game.

The original game to this day looks better than some games on next gen. It's no surprise there isn't much of a difference except resolution/frame-rate.
More than one reason to get this game on my PS4 though between being able to use share play with a buddy to share combos to Recording, Party chat, plus the 60FPS. Hell, I just wanna replay God of War with the features of the PS4 in general!
Totally agree with you there. I'm just crazy for this game that I'm dying to see more combat. Rocksteady is a master of the free flow! June will surely be amazing!
How bout we get more details about the GAME Rocksteady?! I know it's 3 months away but come on! I wanna see your best dev player do a challenge or fly around free roam for just a bit. Just a little bit (apart from the E3 demo) so I can get a better idea of what the combat looks like, a FULL fight with the Batmobile...and see some of bat's new moves. Don't spoil the story or anything...just a bit of non story related stuff huh? It's killing me.
I think they are saving the Casino for multiplayer. They realize the money that people would put into Shark Cards and wouldn't release something like this in SP before they do in MP. The zombie DLC on the other hand would be awesome. I'd love to see an Undead Nightmare in GTA. Hell, I'd even be ok if they kept the title Undead Nightmare. I personally think that the Casino is next in MP.
For SP, I think they might wait until around October to not only boost sales...

Oh man really? I do hope you get to play God of War 3 then. That was way better than Ascension. I liked ascension but really loved every minute of GOW3. Games like that are why I will always be a Sony fanboy. Don't care. Playing games.

I think more games should utilize this combat style. I love free flow of Batman and Shadow's was similar but different. From someone who has played the Arkham series for countless hours (it's my favorite game of all time), jumping into Mordor wasn't a bit of a problem. It was different enough to feel out the timing of the character but similar enough to jump right in and know what to do.
