NiN is already prepared for it though with the 3DS which we all know will sell like crazy and might attract a new crowd if it is as powerful as it has been speculated to be.
Even without it though not all DS software sales have fallen, but I will agree that for most games that aren't first party or a JRPG's it is true.

It seems like SEGA is building up alot of IP's, who knows maybe one day...yes maybe one day we will get the DreamCast 2 or maybe a GameGear 2.

1 hour?? Thats being a little harsh, i'd say 3 hours with the sound all the way up and the brightness turned all the way up as well. Even my knock-off psp battery i got from dealextreme.com lasted longer than 1 hour.
It's not a big deal now, but when they raise it again next year, and the year after that, then the year after that...it becomes a big deal.
