I want to believe this so much but I just can't.
Good to hear, I am Alive has an interesting concept and figured it would of been canceled because it wasn't your typical run-shoot-reload formula.
Yea I see it happening too, they just better not push the ps3 version back further so they can port it...not that it'll be out anytime soon.
Didn't someone from Sony's R&D say brain controls are waaaaay off, at least for most games.
They really upped the graphics for this game, can't wait to try it out looks like it'll be one of the best 3rd person shooters this gen.
Agreed on the copyright saves, I didn't make it through Kz2 until about my third attempt because I backed up my first ps3 to put Linux on it and didn't know the Kz2 save wouldnt transfer and then I started playing it again right before the slim model was released so I traded it in for a new model.
Well the original Warhawk was a launch PsOne game (or close to it) so it has that nostalgia for a lot of people. Warhawk (Ps3) is a pretty decent online only shooter and has a pretty dedicated fan base of loyal players. Personally I was very upset that Warhawk didn't have a SP campaign but now that Starhawk is getting one it's day 1 for me.
Well where is Aliens Colonial Marines, I've been waiting for that game for years.
If it was my call I'd just lower the Royalty fee for a month or two, that's good compensation and it wouldn't actually cost Sony any of their money just money they would be potentially earning.
Funny.
As long as they are not charging for the base online play this game won't take a hit at all for sales, which from the sound of this they are not. Still one can hope.
I hope not since I've beat it a few times, but it would be nice for those wanting to play it that haven't.
Black ops killed the last bit of love I had for CoD games.
Blitz Ball though...I spent so much time playing that stupid little game just thinking about it makes me wish I still had a Ps2 and FFX.
Well since it's Activision they wouldn't be like everyone else and release their online only games for $40, they'd prolly charge $60 still and that's when they'd start charging for online too knowing them.
Halo games though I played for the SP, the MP always felt lacking and out-dated to me.
After this whole PSN being down thing though I don't really know if I'd want an online only game again unless it actually has offline bot ...
Maybe MS is gonna publish AW for PC, no matter what more AW is always a good thing.
Funny you say that because I think some people left Ninja Theory to go join Splash Damage after HS released.
I don't think they're lazy but after losing a bunch of their staff after HS and going multiplatform along with having to use a licensed engine instead of making their own it kinda put a restraint on how much they could do. I do think they should of tried to stay on for HS2 though, I mean production cost would of been down because they had a pretty decent engi...
Looks like the graphics are coming along much better, although it could be the PC version they are showing or the screens just look really nice because they're so small. Either way I'm excited my brother and I went and bought Prototype and inFAMOUS yesterday and they're some of the funnest games I've played (even though I already beat inFAMOUS about a year ago).
Pretty sure most RE games have sold way better than SF games (not counting the SNES era where they sold pretty damn well). From what I remember though RE games didn't sell that well on the GC or really any NiN consoles.
Although with all the DLC milking and 3-4 different versions of SF4 I'm sure SF makes them just as much money if not more.
Wow there are very few games I'd pay $120 for...in fact there is not one on the market right now I'd pay that price for. Maybe if they were to release a Soul Reaver 3 I'd pay that much for it.
Great looking game and I loved the first.
Which reminds me, I heard that if you buy the game new you'll get a code to download the original Alice from PSN or XBLA anyone know if it's true?
