Agreed, it's just a cash in on the DMC name which is why I bet NT took it because one more flop and I bet they'd go under and the DMC name alone is enough to sell a few million copies.

I'm not gonna lie I'll buy it as DMC was my second fav franchise last gen but I will not buy it new because I think this new direction is terrible and I don't want them to see me as a sale and go "hey a lot of people are buying this game lets continue with this direction" as I imagine others think that way too.
I do think the gameplay looks solid but it's going to be running on the UE at 30fps (...

The reason R* owe Sony a game is they funded millions of $$ for LA Niore (20 million I believe) not sure if it was all straight up dev costs as I believe Sony gave them start-up money for the studio. In the end they'll prolly just get exclusive content for some R* games.
yea they have most of the multiplats coming to it that where currently only announced for ps3/360...bf3 i believe/metro last light..etc
What I really wanna know is the specs for it, if it's not much more powerful than ps3/360 then it's a waste but if it has a good edge on them I could see myself picking it up sometime after release.
GTA5 exclusive will never happen TakeTwo would never allow it, now exclusive content is a whole other thing which I honestly believe is how it'll end up playing out.
Kinda strange, could of swore that R* owed Sony for allowing LA Noire to go multi since they funded a good amount of it. Who knows maybe they are going to get some exclusive GTA5 content instead which i'm sure they would rather have anyways.

Santa Monica is working on Starhawk with Lightbox, we knew it already but still they're working on something.
I'd agree, it wasn't their best E3 nothing that really surprised me besides Sly 4 and the price of Vita (and the cheap 3D TV). Still a good show though just not as many new titles shown as other years.
The reason Sony isnt publishing it is because ever since the Crash Bandicoot incident they wont publish a game without getting ownership of the IP and IG want to own an IP.
Cant wait to see the game in action though I love IG and everything they have done.
I have to say the kinect for it is prolly the best we'll see for a shooter but I'd like to see some more in depth gameplay of it. It's nothing ground breaking but it's better than anything we've seen so far.
Hmmm seems like they didn't touch them up really if its a "perfect arcade port", kinda sucks since I already have MKII.
People prolly wouldn't care if it wasn't kinect ONLY but it is and most core gamers would rather play the game with a controller. I was interested in the game as it seemed like it would be a great exclusive for the 360 but the only thing I like motion controls for are on rails shooters....or golf.
It could still be a good game but I doubt it's going to sell to the same audience it was going to before it was announced as Kinect only.
Cole survived a huge explosion too...don't think it was nuke size though. I think Mercer would win in a fight.

I bought them both too, good games only reason some people started hating on either one was because one was exclusive and the other wasn't.
Can your every day Joe even attend E3 anymore? I remember a couple years back there was a big stir about them buckling down on who they let in.
More on topic though, I don't care what others think of me I've sat down and watched E3 every year for a while now and I'll continue to do so until it becomes completely for the shareholders.
Isn't everything? I haven't really seen an original idea in gaming in a loooooooooooong time.
