The gameplay looks smooth, but I have a feeling us Ps3 users are going to get the shaft because of UE3.

I don't think so, pretty sure off brand 360 controllers have had them...not 100% sure but that's how I remember one my friend had it was great for fighters.

The online passes I don't really have a problem with it's things like BatmanAC where it's offline content that's locked. It's really only because what if I don't buy a game till a couple years later and new copies are hard to find (or they don't come with codes/expired codes) or many years later and maybe PSN or XBL don't even offer the content for purchase...then I don't get to play the game to it's fullest.
Not too bad, they just need to keep 1m subscribers for 10 months and they'll be making profit...and that's not counting the actual sales of the game.
Would be sweet if they'd use it to make a sequel to 3DDGH.

Well you're right but the parent company of both of them I believe is Vivendi so they could if Activision isn't bringing in the money.
Well if they did completely fulfill their end then yeah it's bull but still the Fallout Ip was bought and I think it'd be some bull for them to get it back, allowed to complete their game yea but they sold it. Which I don't really see how this case could still be going on if they really did fulfill all of them.
Even if Interplay did get the game back don't expect the next one to play out like the old ones...they are a broke company and they know it wouldn'...
I'd like to be on Interplays side, but Bethesda paid them cold hard cash for an IP that wasn't really all that well known and then turned it into a huge franchise...now of course they want it back because Interplay is pretty much nothing. I also don't want them to win because I don't see a good fallout game done by them even though they'd prolly just take Bethesda's formula even though their Fallout games played nothing like it.

I doubt too many people buy ps3's just for BR in the last couple years(do you really think the people who bought them at launch when they were cheaper than BR players didnt at least play a game or 2), you can get a BR player for less than $100 now. Besides how many Xbox sales are just people replacing broken ones, I know 3 people alone who have had to buy at least 1 more...see what I did there?
There was a few things that made it impossible for me to finish FF13 (bought it twice and borrowed once to try and finish it but couldn't).

If my laptop had a Dualcore CPU i'd be all over it but I have a crappy AMD Sempron 2GHz (pretty much the worst current AMD CPU). About the best game I can play without major frame-rate drops is Guild Wars and even then I can't run everything on max settings.

I think they're just worried that they might steal some of their WoW players so of course they'll downplay it. It's freakin' star wars man, if I had a PC that could run it I'd be playing it and I really don't care for MMO's.
I'd say it'll benefit both, EA because I'm sure it'll make them a lot of money over the long haul of things and LucasArts because they'll be getting money for doing nothing at all.

Nah DMC haters didn't go into hiding, they're just getting a DMC HD collection so they stopped caring as no studio will ever make a DMC better than 1 or 3...well maybe P* but I don't see it happening.
Me personally I'm against the reboot as I don't think it needed one but I loved Heavenly Sword so I'm gonna give it a shot but I will buy it used.
