Maybe because Insomniac and Sony have gone hand in hand since Spyro 20 years ago? Or maybe because the Ratchet & Clank series helped sell millions of Ps2's?? Or maybe because the Resistance series single handedly pulled Playstation 3 out of the gutter upon it's launch. Whatever the case this partnership should have happened years ago, yet still, it the partnership fits like a glove.

Oh it definitely was a "playstation" in terms of memorable games, and good times, just that it was the one time Sony decided to make "power" a preference, instead of easy development.
Don't Blame Respawn, blame the company that tells them what to do. Electronic Arts.
This better not mean a Microsoft Approach to gaming...i.e destroying franchises like Banjoo Kazooie in exchange for Always online games like Sea Of Thieves.
This should have happened almost 20 years ago, ever since the made Spyro, or at the very least Ratchet & Clank...not the mention they pretty much saved the PS3 launch with Resistance. This match is too perfect.

What REALLY makes me laugh, is the amount of times Phil has said things like "experience THE BEST in gaming on xbox," when pretty much their entire line up is about 98% third party games that you can experience on Nintendo and Playstation aswell.
Screw EA, I BET they made Respawn introduce these bs loot boxes, then THREW respawn under the bus by letting them take the blame for it all. At the end of the day EA can just shut down Respawn.
EA and Activision need to die.
As it always has been...maybe with ps3 being the exception.
This is not the Bioware that made KOTOR or Mass Effect 1-3, EA has COMPLETELY changed their approach to games over this past generation, and the latter half of the last generation. As long as EA holds the rights to ANY company, under their wing, don't expect a "fair" development of a game from any of the companies that represent them.
Everyone should leave anything associated with EA at this day and age.
