It's N4G (Negativity 4 Gamers) mate, you need only state your opinion, after that you better duck and cover...ESPECIALLY from the Mods who will ban you for ANYTHING.
I swear I lose brain cells anytime I try to interpret the logic behind "social justice agendas"...
2019, a year where you CANNOT SNEEZE without offending someone.
It's Saturday on N4g mate...you can expect nothing less...
Careful, you might trigger some "organic robots," in the comment section.
in the words of Spyro, "Ummm, Sure..."
Regardless....it should be ILLEGAL for how much Microsoft has shat on Rare.
I know I'm probably jumping the gun here, as it stands, but it feels like Sony grabbing Insomniac, is a bigger announcement, than all 7 studios Microsoft grabbed last year.
They should have grabbed Insomniac ever since they made Spyro, or at the very latest Ratchet & clank. Not to mention that they helped IMMENSELY with the launch of PS3 with Resistance..Man we need a Resistance 4 now, like ASAP.
Emphasis on the word "Dev Kit," there is 0% chance it will look anything like this. And what's sad is that some media outlets are making it sound like this is the absolute and final design. Stupid.
Shady stuff Nintendo
I hope this is Sony purposefully leaking concepts, just to watch what people say about it, and then rework the design according to praise or criticism..personally I think it looks a bit excessive. Prefer a slim, sleek look.
@RangerWalk267 were you born yesterday?! Of course 3rd party games will sell better, they are available on more than 1 platform!
Probably wont mind dropping $500 since most of us know that Sony has proven many a time, that the investment is worth it this past gen. Especially in terms of exclusives.
@RabbitFly By making a GOOD solid game out the gate??? Companies like Activision, EA, Take 2 and Epic, have people like you believing that it is impossible for a game to launch these days WITHOUT some form of DLC, lootbox, or microtransactions in store at some point. When in reality a game can do JUST fine, without these scummy practices.
Ummm Cory Barlog and Sony Sanata Monica called....They would like a word as to why the word "monetizing" is even relevant, when it should not be.
A brilliant idea that would make EA LOTS of money & bring some good will to them which they desperately need....But they won't do it. Sometimes I wonder how EA is still in business.
Yes please.
I'm pretty sure they said the exact same thing before E3...
Contrasting Sony & Nintendo's freedom to their developers, to EA, Take Two, Activision, or Ubisoft, and it's like "night & day" at this point...and from the looks of them acquiring Ninja Theory, and quietly forcing them to go from making an award winning game like Hellblade, to something like Bleeding Edge, is equally laughable.
